Press play and subscribe. We put the 2022 Civic Si back on the dyno to see the difference by changing the downpipe. So far the Honda Si has a Race FlashPro, PowerMetric Stage 2, PRL Intercooler/Flex Fuel/Stage 1 Intake and now a custom DP. Go for a ride and hear some inside and outside sound clips. All I have is a 27Won downpipe and it’s not that loud which I like. Sometimes you will get a loud pop which is the fun part

Does the check engine light really come on with the 27won down pipe though cause I was wondering and is it still smog able? Cause I want to get one too

@@power5366 you will get a check engine light probably after 45 minutes of driving it due to detecting emissions. Only disables auto rev match. Good skill to learn btw to learn how to do it manually. You can bypass it by tuning the car

Loving the content! I recently just got my 2022 Civic Si and currently trying to determine where to start in regards to my build. I am not wanting to full built, but would like to get some additional performance out of this car as a fun daily driver. What are your thoughts on the K Tuner route? I had a K Tuner on my previous 10th gen si and it did a pretty good job with just basic tunes. If you dont mind me asking why do you use Hondata over K Tuner? Lastly, It would be cool if you had a so cal Honda meet. I live in Victorville and would most definitely make the drive to meet up with all Honda enthusiast ! LOL Keep up the great content! your boy got a custom exhaust set up. Muffler delete, resonator delete with some DC sports exhaust tips. On my Si.

I would love to throw on a cat less down pipe etc but cali is super strict on smog. Even some other states now. I’ve been out of the custom car scene for a little. What do you need to do in order for the car to pass smog. Obviously probably have to reset the tune and swap back to oem exhaust and swap the cai back to stock

I have a 2023 EX 1.5 turbo with the CVT. How strong is the CVT? Doing a downpipe, mid pipe, cat back along with a HONDATA tune set at 18 psi or 21 psi give good results? What would be your recommendation for a CVT?

At the moment its hard for me to see the reason to move from the 10th gen platform to the 11th. A major reason is the current market with dealer markups. I do love what you are doing to your 11th gen. What do you think is the major difference "mechanically" between the 10th and 11th? Currently the 10th's major shortcomings included the factory clutch, fuel delivery, and cooling. Do you feel that any of these were resolved in the newest generation? If you have a video covering this already please link it as I will be happy to give it a watch.

I read up on the new civic SI and they said the engine is revised. It's now called the L15ca and it has a forged crankshaft thicker rods and stronger pistons so I think the main advantage to the newest si is that the engine is definitely stronger. Not sure about the cooling stuff but I also know the clutch is still pretty weak and people are waiting for an aftermarket clutch to be able to run a more aggressive tune.

We would recommend an upgraded clutch. We are running the Action Clutch upgrade and will be selling on ososik.com once its released to the public. Also running stage 2 tune from Powermetric.net

So my car just made 264.8 hp at the wheels and 281.4 ft lbs. how did you get it to make this much torque? Are you running a larger turbo?

Get a Powermetric tune. Stock turbo. A bigger turbo would make way more power.

@@thefoatmedia I have the Hondata and running E39 and have every bolt on and including exhaust and my car is not making even close to that power. I just ordered a NOS Express kit because I’m so disappointed on what the car makes.

Yes, we are running Powermetric.net stage 2 tune, they also have a stage 1 with Hondata FlashPro.

Ososik! Love the new civic I got stage 1 and I want to know why does it bog around 4200 rpm’s if I full send it stays there for 1 second ? Unless I gradually go up, it will big full send around 4200 rpm is this a tuning issue ?
