I bought a 2022 Frontier SV, but without all the extras. It's just a crew cab 4x4, and so far I'm really impressed. I paid $38k for mine. The only major complaint I have is the lack of telescoping steering wheel, but that matters less in a truck, versus a sports car. It's a great-looking truck with a solid, proven chassis, and a very responsive powertrain.
There's something about this truck and it looks really fly! And the horsepower it has for a midsize is what I'm digging. And to top it off, this lower trim includes the sunroof. I agree with you said about trucks only being used for work, that's old school. I can really see myself driving this truck on a road trip all the way out to the west coast!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed well its probably the best time since they are starting to get away from the cvt Transmissions. Would be awesome to see frontier Tacoma comparisons along with pathfinder and 4 runners.. You know a side by side. Of course an off road comparison would be boss level.
Actually those LED headlights are part of the premium package if you’re buying the SV trim in the states. (Includes leather and sunroof also) I know the packages are a bit different in Canada if you’re filming there. 👍🏻 Nice thorough tour of the truck.
That's a tough one! We'll be reviewing the Pro4x next week and comparing it to my TRD Offroad since that's a similar price. I'd probably stick with the Tacoma, but we'll see what I think next week!
the Back seat under seat storage boxes. I was wondering if they could be removed? I would be transporting my Dogs and putting the back seats up when transporting them would be great.
I'm sure they could be. Might not be designed to come in and out all theme, but take a look if you can and I'm sure they can come out and then put some towels down if there is anything sharp or bare metal
I just picked up one of these trucks. The under seat bins do come out. Each bin has a couple knobs in the base; a quarter turn each and the bins pop out. It's mostly carpeted underneath, though the brackets the bins are attached to are exposed. The knob/fastener itself is plastic, so if you do it a lot I'd imagine it may wear out.
Technology package has nothing to do with LED lights as that's the premium package that offers that. I can't believe the premium package came with the regular SV rims.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed sure does. Ill take it over an overpriced "me too" 22 tacoma and it's garbage transmission any day. Frontier Extended cab with the longer bed + leveling/2" lift kit, upsized tires looks so savage.
