It great for cruising around town. Perfect tone and volume imo. At 75+ there is a drone in 6th gear.

The ets jpipe is also a great unit! If you have an ets Catback you can’t go wrong with the ets jpipe

I did not reinstall the bracket. It doesn’t fit unless you cut it like street inspired video

In your opinion is the Turbo still supported enough without the bracket? @@JoeyMontalto

I have zero leaks. I just tightened them and made sure they were aligned.

@@JoeyMontalto did u reused the donut that came with the stock exhaust?

@@BrayanEscobar420 when I was stock jpipe and the invidia Catback I reused the oem donut. With the added p&l jpipe with my invidia Catback I did not use the donuts. I used the supplied flat 2 bolt gasket.

Yes, You will need a tune after install. Etune or dyno tune will work fine

I did not get a check engine light running this jpipe. I know a few others that are running this and have a CEL and some don’t. It’s honestly a toss up if your car will throw a code. I also have another video for an o2 defouler. That should help if you do get a cel for cat

Yes I had a tune for these parts

Good questions. So the water pump does have a heat shield. The 2 10mm bolts are the stock heat shield for the water pump. The gesi cat is designed to work without a heat shield so no efficiency is lost in the cat’s effectiveness in filtering but yes the heat does dissipate up into the engine bay without a shield on it. I have an aftermarket cat shield on the way to stop up to 70% of that heat into the engine bay. Stay tuned for that video :)

You should be able to pair it up with any jpipe. I love my p&l jpipe. Ets also makes a good one too

So now that you have the ets on. I know is bigger for everything but for us regular vb p&l was good enough? Did you get CELS?

With any aftermarket downpipe you will need an adapter for a stock Catback

@@ootoodles I did. But there is no reason to upgrade at this point. Other shops have confirmed the hpfp and injected is the weak point not the lpfp

I pass where I live. It’s an epa gesi cat. It wouldn’t work in a state like Cali.
