Badhusha

Sweetless Khova [இனிப்பில்லாத கோவா]- 250gms
Maida [மைதா] - 50gms
Sugar [சர்க்கரை] - 600gms
Cooking Soda - 1 Pinch
Cardamom powder [ஏலக்காய்] - 1 Pinch
Nutmeg Powder [ஜாதிக்காய் பொடி] - 1 Pinch
Refined oil for deep frying [சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட்ட எண்ணெய்]
