2023 Reno Air Races- STOL Drag, the Final Flag

This year held special significance for the Reno Air Races because it marked the final event at this location. Steve, the reigning STOL Drag National Champion from the previous year, was eager to cement his legacy by becoming the STOL Drag National Champion once more in the event's last race in Reno.
The Champion was determined by averaging 8 timed runs made throughout the event. Visit STOLDrag.com for rules and more information on Stol Drag.

Only close to the ground when they are just starting.....glider pilots love them!!! Power pilots not so much. Glad no major damage. Great race! Vlog is super, nice to see your Mom, Sara
