In December of 2023 I made a couple of trips to the CSX Mohawk Sub as I continued to get back into railfanning following a left knee injury that sidelined me for the entire summer. There were some lessons learned such as: 1) Don't rush, and 2) While doing multiple cameras, if I already started rolling minutes before the train shows up, just leave it be (that's what caused me to get hurt, trying to save memory space by running back and forth on uneven surfaces), I will be expecting wasted memory.
In the end, I was very glad that I was able to make these trips happen.
