I won't lie, i tried their 40mins home full body workout following by weight training at home, 4-5 days a week with one meal a day and lost like 6 kilos in 4 weeks. Not even going to the gym i'm amazed how well it worked.

Jesus one meal sounds real bad. It is completely possible to eat 3 full course meals (if you eat healthy) and still loose weight. One meal means not much nutrition is going into you..you'll loose more than the body can make and some vitamins cant even be made.

@@blueshoes5145 One meal a day is perfectly fine. It doesn't matter how many times you eat a day, as long as you're getting the calories in. OMAD is very doable. I've been doing it for years and am perfectly healthy!

Oh received this video notification at office and coincidentally it’s past office hours! Followed for one set and I’m already sweating in this cold office 😆 A good exercise for me after sitting down the whole day at work 👍🏻

I recently discovered these videos while searching for HILI workouts. That was too months ago. Consistently, I do these at least three times a week. My waistline has shrunk. My weight is still the same but I am down one size and my clothes feel loose again. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work. SMG

Usually, I only follow your exercise video 1 vid per day but today I decided to follow this video after I worked out with one of your Tabata video. Time really do slow down. I was very tired. Thank to all of you, I didn't give up. Thanks for being such an inspiration.

Thanks for a great workout. This 20 mins became the new 40 mins, I'm pouring with sweat. Was going to skip because it's late but glad I didn't, better late than never. Don't quit is my new motto.

Loved everything about this routine and ended up with my whole body aching, obviously specially the arms (God help me tomorrow). I JUST LOVED THE CHATTING!! And everytime one of you said "Please walk, keep walking, this is not a break" I LAUGHED SO HARD! Thank you for the awesome job! 💕💕

This is great!~~🥰 I tried this at home and this is what happened Day 1:Im gonna die...My whole body hurts😭 Day 2:Same as Day 1😭 Day 3:It became much easier😉 Day 4:I realized how weak are my my arms🤣 Day 5:Im kinda loosing weight Day 6 and Day 7 is great And thats it..I kinda lose 5 kg💖💖 And sorry for my bad english...Im korean but i just wanna do it ib english so😅..... Thank you💖

I added 3 pound weights to most of the exercises and I feel great. Sweating profusely and feeling like I spent 20 minutes doing a HIIT workout.

Saw guys bare feet working out, so I decided to watch because I have issues with one of my feet it hurts on high impact workouts, I tried working out with one of your videos and next day I was in pain, I really enjoyed these workouts plus the warm ups and cool downs, definitely new sub
