It looks like a trailer sitting on top of two structures. The lot and location are fine, but the design is questionable. The guest house is like a pest house sitting next to a main house which is completely unnecessary unless he plans to rent it out for profit. If he can afford the house, he should have skipped the guest house.

My father who was a real estate investor had three rules he told me to comply with: 1st rule : the location; 2nd rule: the location; 3rd rule: the location. It includes the orientation, of course.

Is it just me or do all these LA homes seem ridiculously overpriced. My fear would be with the overpricing they eventually have to have come back to normal when people wake up and stop paying these ridiculous prices then my 63 million property is now worth 35 million. I guess as long as there are a lot of people with too much money needing too many possessions that won’t happen.
