To reduce talking speed: -touch video playing -in corner of screen, you'll see a round, wrinkled circle cog, click that -you'll see "playback" speed, click that -change to what you want whether .75 or .5 etc Hope that helps people saying the talking is too fast😊
I use that tool all the time when listening to Goshen Prepping....he talks even faster that Mr. Dawg! I drop the speed down just to .75....works fine and I can keep up with his talking
The bell pepper sandwich was good but damn....hard to get my mouth around it to take a bite! LOL! Also try using Lacinato kale. It's not as bitter and easier to put in salads.

I took the quiz and came up a bee. Definitely all about function but the clutter I’ve collected over the years has decreased functionality. I haven’t kept track of how many items I’ve decluttered or how many trips to the dump/recycle/donation center I’ve made, but my home has transformed. I’d like to be more crickety as far as making my space look nice, but I do love my stuff. Decluttering is getting to the point where it’s starting to be difficult. No, it doesn’t. Make sure you use the slotted spoon to transfer the cooked ground beef. For the Sun dried tomatoes mixture, don’t make too thin. Don’t use spaghettini marinara sauce- way too thin and no flavor. Another tips, add extra fresh basil and oregano- so good. I make the dish and bake in Pyrex rectangle glass container in air fryer at 375 F for 20 minutes. When done, leave as is in air fryer for another 10 minutes. Serve 4 (for 1 lb. of ground beef 95% lean). Heat and serve next day tastes good too.

Do you have any recommendations for a swap in place of tomato based sauces on the cauliflower pizza and the roasted veggies with meatballs? So yogurt isn't on the list. Well I have a question if I make my own yogurt using a gallon of whole milk, 2 tbsp store bought yogurt, yoplait protein, straining off the whey so it is thick like frosting then adding 3 scoops of your protein powder plus 2 tbsp vanilla extract how do I figure out the nutritional value? My children love this IP yogurt and I do too but haven't had any in a minute because I don't know how to calculate it out. Any help from anyone would be great. Everytime I enter it into myfitnesspal as milk, starter, extract, and powder it says it has 12 carbs all being sugar. I know that is the lactose from the milk but I thought something in the fermenting process eliminated some of the sugar. TIA
It means for some people just eating little carbs, but huge spike of blood sugar. Then, more insulin in the blood to break down sugar. When insulin presents, fat burning stop. Instead, fat storing begins.
Do you ever have days where you just don't feel satisfied at the end of he day? Even though you've reached your protein goal? That was me today so i ate a large "snack" after dinner of greek yogurt, berries and almonds. It did the trick, but i still have the guilt from bingeing.
I would some time feel hungry but not time to eat until the next morning. I ate a small bowl of 1/4 c cottage cheese sprinkled with some vanilla protein powder, some mixed berries. 50-80 calories. Hit the spot!
