That one was something else, I did it this morning at 6.45am and look forward to redo it later today. My dog wasn't the greatest helper but got through and still feel so energized 3 hours later. Thank you

Love the music! I made it through with no modification and 1 pound wrist weights after my 3 mile run WHEW,!! I wasn’t sure I would make it. Thank you for another great workout!

I liked the workout although I found some of the moves were more complex than needed (IMO). At 62, I want to strengthen my body and not injure it. I appreciate the modifications - it would be nice to see a member or two on screen actually doing the modifications for the entire workout.

Great can you please tell me how many days to do this work out for to get the summer body 💪 and fat and weight off me let me ask you a nother question as well I am 55 years old and a half is this work out going to work for me getting the fat off my body it is every part of my body and double chin to I hate the way my body looks and I been trying all kinds of different work outs and none of them help me loss any weight or fat off me yet I been doing everyday or 3 months and I drink water all day and night and I am in Minnopoles. I'd focus on eating a whole foods diet, moving more during your day, not doing MORE exercising. Get good sleep too. Make small changes that you can add into your life that will last a lifetime. It takes time to see and feel change. The thing is...you know what's holding you back, you just need to create action to move forward and get rid of some bad habits. That's why it's key to start small. You are doing great with 3 workouts per week, maybe add one more day, or start tracking your protein intake. One thing at a time or it's too overwhelming. Hope that's helpful. You can do it, give it time.❤️😘
