This is unquestionably one of the best workouts for people with limited mobility available on RU-vid. In fact, it very well may be the very best one! I speak as someone with cerebral palsy. This routine includes both cardio and strength training elements. It works both the upper and lower body. It is adaptable at every juncture, and the presenters are both professional and respectful to their target audience. If anyone reads my RU-vid comments, they will find that I am not hesitant to criticize videos. But there is nothing to criticize here. This is an outstanding and superior contribution to the health and welfare of those with limited mobility. Kudos to Coach Kozak and Claudia!
I’ve been following HASfit for a long time but never tried the home workouts until today. I’m a fairly heavy set person working through back and knee pain and I decided to try this video. At first, I tried using dumbbells but quickly abandoned them but continued through the workout/stretches. After finishing the workout, I actually felt better physically and mentally and really enjoyed the instructors. I decided to head to the bedroom and I saw a sock that needed to be picked up off the floor and (without thinking) just bent over and picked it up. As I stood up, I started to get a tear in my eye because typically I have to struggle to stretch that far down. I’m going to continue this workout for a few more weeks and see where it takes me. Thank you very much for giving me a glimpse of what these workouts can accomplish.
I'm not ancient but I am old - 72. I just had my annual checkup. The doctor was so surprised when she noted no swelling in my ankles! My blood pressure is good, blood work good. And I credit your senior workout videos for much of it. Over and over i repeat to myself, "no matter how slow you are moving remember that you are lapping everyone sitting on the couch.". Plus these workouts help set my mood for the entire day. Thank you both for making these videos available.
OMG I feel so much better every time i work out with you folks. I am 76 with several chronic conditions. And for every one, the doctor recommends exercise and the chair exercises are just the best for me! And I thought they were just for old people

I thought this was a wonderful workout. I just had foot surgery so I could do about 90% of your exercises. I think I will subscribe to your channel. I appreciate you doing the seated and things more for seniors or people with Surgery recovery. Thank you.❤

I have been a huge fan and a daily user of your workouts for a couple of years - we are very active - i do your videos, walk twice a day, ski, skate and swim. Two weeks ago I severely injured my knee skiing and was completely immobile and it killed me mentally and physically as i couldn't do anything. Today I was able to do this workout as long as I didn't use my injured leg and kept my brace on. I felt human again for the first time in two weeks - HUGE thanks!!!!
Great workout. I'm on the verge of a head cold, not quite ready to crawl into bed with a box of tissues, but not quite up for a serious full body weight routine and this workout, plus the 15 minute senior workout was perfect. I feel like I accomplished something good for my body no matter that I have the sniffles. That being said, I know working out when you're ill isn't for everyone and I'm not an expert on these things...this is just what's right for me.
Thanks for a new workout for seniors. At 79, have been working with you for about 6 weeks and appreciated the new variation. Slightly bored while rotating the 20 and 30 minute ones in this category. If I miss a day, my previous nightly leg pain returns. Granny is getting better at climbing stairs.

As a fitness specialist who is recovering from an injury, I was happy to find these workouts. I am able to mix them with more strenuous ones on the days I feel more able to do more. They are well constructed and explained.

I needed this workout as I am restarting my workout after having a baby and surgery. Yesterday's lower body workout has me sore today so I was only able to perform the upper body, but those stretches of the lower body felt amazing. I know if I keep following you all I will build up endurance. Now I am off to search your videos for workouts I can do in my office at work. Thanks as always.

Thank you for these sitting videos! I use your videos daily but currently have plantar fasciitis and have to rest my foot. These seated exercises make it possible for me to continue my fitness journey!
Foot surgery has left me with a hard cast for 8 weeks. I’m in week 3 and very glad I found these seated exercises. Wonderful, thorough and a great idea.

Found your channel and have been enjoying the senior focused videos. How innovative to provide routines with dual presentation. Every workout completed provides me a feeling of relief and pride to be doing a positive habit for my future well being. I have been on crutches for three weeks but normally work out with you guys 3-5 times a week! This is a great alternative and I am hoping this will help me keep at least some of my fitness during this long recovery. Thanks for having such thoughtful and flexible videos.

I love your workouts! Thank you so much for this. Please post more seated & non-weight bearing exercises. It's so helpful as I am unable to do my usual aerobic workouts due to some skin breakdown on my foot. This was mainly caused by ill-fitting shoes & the fact that I'm a recovering diabetic.
Coaches Kozak and Claudia. I wish to share a miracle which happened to me this afternoon. I felt inspired to try lifting my legs which I have not been able to do for over 4 years. Thank you so much!! I've been working out 2-3 days a week with a couple of girls at my work for months and we all really love you (especially for kettlebell!). Two weeks ago, I fell and wrecked my knee. I'm not walking so well. Someone told me that one of the girls I work out with told her she missed me the past two weeks and that I at least needed to come to workouts for "moral support", which got me thinking -- I could do hand weights. I can't stand for long, but I can sit. So when I saw that you have not one but LOTS of videos for limited mobility. I tried this one for the first day back. Some of it was a bit rough for the knee, but I could do almost everything in this video. And I made due where I couldn't and just moved the other leg or did my PT exercises on my bad leg. I'll be working out with you and the chair for the next few weeks, I'm afraid. But thanks for your encouragement (as always!). I just went to your Patron page. Wow! I'm signing up!
