I did this workout yesterday. Today, I did an outdoor run with 2:1 intervals and it was no problem. Didn't even feel the 2 minutes. And I think, one of my best 5k times......37 minutes 😊
I did quit at the last 3 minutes oops. But, I’m very proud of myself! I’ve never ran that long consecutively before and it’s cool to know I’m capable of it. I probably could’ve pushed, but I’m recovering from an illness so I think I did good for what I was working with :)
Thank you coach Rachael for a perfect workout. I'm 61 and been trying to find a workout that works for me. This is a workout I can stick to. Thanks again for giving me the motivation 😊
I was sooooo anxious to do this one… knowing I can do this 💪 and I did! I followed the lower ends… it was a little bit to easy so i’m going to redo this one next week 🎉 I ran 3,45km (2,14m)❤
