Every Monday am I can’t wait to see the new workout! I started walking/ running with your videos 2 years ago. In the beginning I could walk at 4 mph the fastest, could never jog or run. Now I can jog/ run at 6 mph for 7-8 minutes and I can even hold 7mph for one minute! Thank you for teaching me how to run!
Omg that is awesome! I been doing it for - a little bit over a yr but keep getting set back! Plantar fascia, the Achilles tendonitis! These two monsters I had years ago. But they come back and I hate it. So I mix these workouts up with stretching and strengthen training. So it’s taking me longer but I love the feeling of jogging! I was only doing a jog at 4.0 and the walk was 3.0 and I couldn’t sustain it but a minute at a time. After trying these and having to work around the PF and other issues I would do other exercises and come back but never give up.. I am finally at least on the low end of what she calls lol. If she says 4.0 and 4.5 or 5.0 as the low end I can do that now! And dare o say there are sometimes I actually take snippets of the workout and go faster than I normally do to get myself to improve little at a time! Lol I am proud that I keep coming back and I don’t give up. Because I know what it feels to get that feeling of jogging and being able to finish and feel great after. I also know I need to lose about 15 pounds and it would help the feet issues. Lol I am working on that. I do wish they would do a video on nutrition advice. But that could be so controversial now days. So many do so many different things. But that’s because different diets work on different bodies. I used to do a low fat and lost weight I did keto and gained weight and tried keto three times and still gained.. it just doesn’t do well for me. Now I am trying to just eat foods that are not processed for most of the diet. U are doing great! I hope to get faster myself but more importantly to keep going for more years!

Got this one done before really starting my day... I have to say before finding your videos, I couldn't hold anything over 4.8 mph for long. Today I held 7.1 for 2 minutes❤ Thank you so much for these videos!!
I cannot tell you how much i love your workouts. I had a treadmill for over a year and never used it and came across your page i tried a video and got hooked. They are simple to follow and i love your motivation. I’m a beginner so I’m not sure in what order i should do them but I’ll try them all 😊
