I am 64 years old and have never run out of speed of 7.0+ until now. That coupled with strength training four times a week is a youth elixir. I can’t thank Rachel enough for these motivating workouts. Keep them coming and you go girl!

Most Mondays the workouts are either too long or it's a walk on a run day. This is the first time I could actually new the new workout on day 1. And I did push my paces! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I REALLY focused on speed for the blocks instead of mileage. I was able to sprint fast and I made sure to bring it down to a walk - something I struggle with but I’ve been burning myself out. Fantastic HIIT, Coach!! ⭐️

Love your workouts! I started running (running/walking intervals) seven years ago. I'm now 61 years old and finally have started improving both pace and endurance, thanks to these workouts. One thing I'd like to note: I'm really short, with short little legs. I generally have to take .5 to 1 OFF your recommended running paces; otherwise, I'd end up falling off the back of the treadmill during run intervals! Based on my perceived exertion and heart rate, I'm still getting a quality workout. Thanks, Coach Rachael!

⭐ I really like the reduced rest periods. I would like to have more runs with shorter rest periods. I am not advocating for torture, just for a bit more tension.

⭐️ I completed yesterday for the first time and couldn’t come back today, completed today as well but my activity induced asthma started kicking my ass after the 3 min warmup, I pushed through anyway, the first blocks were a killer but the third one was Heaven! Just kept rewinding the 30sec hiits

I'm 49, and I just took up running again about 6 months ago. Have not run for over 10yrs. Now I stick to mostly treadmill workouts between 3-5miles @ 6-7.5mph speed. Just thought I would change things up a bit and try this Hitt workout today. Struggled a bit at the higher speed of 9.5- 10.5 , but it felt good afterward. Thanks for the video.

I am sooo jazzed to be back and running with you coach Rachael!! The last time I did an IBX run was in April 😢, since then I've been dealing with a stress fracture and had to stop running. Recently, I completed a return to run program and this was the PERFECT run to get back into your channel. I'm so STOKED! 🎉 Can't wait to go back and run to all the videos I missed 😅.

Oh no! Stress fractures are the absolute worst. Basically the only cure is to stop running until it heals, which is so frustrating. I am so so happy you are back! Excited to see you catch up on the runs - but don’t over do it!!!
