Join me for a DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your whole body. All you need is a light - medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using 3lb weights. This workout is PCOS friendly for women, a medium impact strengthening workout important for muscles and bone density.

Consider the command of Allaah, in the clear verses of His Book the great Qur'an, addressed to the believers who were empowered by Allaah on the Earth : سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ (1) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ (2) كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ اللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ (3) إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُم بُنْيَانٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ (4) صدق الله العظيم Qur'an - Surah: as-Saff - Chapter: 61 - Verses: 1-4 O Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, did not you say you will not remain silent on the massacre in Gaza which crossed the red line of all human rights by the killing of babies, women, and helpless men in Honourable Gaza? So keep your word. Also, you promised to never hold your tongue, and that you are going to put an end to this with an iron heart and a severe power. So according to your promise, you are going to take action and not just a denunciation. I call upon you to keep your word and I call upon the Pakistani President, Iran, and all the Arab and non-Arab Muslim leaders to be honest with Allaah, themselves, and their people. Be brothers in the religion of Allaah and reject denominationalism, sectarianism, and partisanism. Be soldiers and allies of Allaah not of the Devil, Iblis, and his allies lest you lose the worldly life and the Hereafter. I swear by Allaah that the plotting of Satan is weak and defeated by a command from Allaah. Give a pledge to Allaah to fight in His cause to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong to protect your religion and keep the human rights of both Muslims and non-Muslims. Hey Akshaya!!❤ I have PCOS and fatty liver. 3 months ago fat level was 65 in my blood. I have been doing your PCOS part 1 to 5 yoga for 3 months. Last week fat level reduced to 25🥳🥳. And my periods came in 31 days this month. Thanks a lot❤❤❤❤

First time I did this, I used my 5 pound dumbbell set lying around and couldn't sit or walk properly for a few days! haha I tried it again with just body weight for now and it's an incredible workout! I'll work my way up to lighter weights, but I just want to say thank you for sharing this routine. I'll be incorporating it quite a bit during my week.

i have been in a deppression this year and stopped doing alot of psyhical activity and w pcos it doesnt make it better. this workout left me wobbly. i hope to improve as i continue! edit : i did it a few more times after this with other workouts and today i did not stop as much! i barely did and it left me energized! i have issues with doing lunges that is my only issue (due to balance problems) and i use 10 lb dumbells so it makes it harder but i hope i can work my up! thankyou for these workouts!

I absolutely love your yoga and strength training videos and follow it all the time. However,if possible please introduce short breaks frequently among the exercises in strength training videos so that it becomes easier to catch up!❤
