25 Minute Kettlebell HIIT Workout (Advanced Strength Training)

Follow along with us for a 25 minute, FULL BODY, NO REPEAT kettlebell workout! This is a great workout for overall strength and conditioning. All you’ll need for this workout is a pair of light to moderate kettlebells OR, this can be done with a single kettlebell as well. This workout is split into 4 sections: lower body, upper body, full body dynamic movements and finishing off with the core/abs. If you need modifications for this workout, you can follow Toya for the single kettlebell version. If you have any questions on any of the exercises, drop a comment and we’ll assist you with those as well. If you’re looking to build strength/muscle, get your heart rate up and drop some body fat, this is the workout for you! Grab your kettlebells, and let’s get to work!

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

I can’t thank you guys enough for uploading these videos ! Ive been doing the 20 minute full body kettle ball exercise every day for three weeks ! I used to struggle but now get through it like nothing time to change it up to this one . Thank you !

I never leave comments on videos but you two are helping me so much. I used to get more than enough exercise training in a martial art, but am now a martial arts teacher and need to make sure I am staying strong and getting a sweat in before I teach. These short workouts are making it *possible* for me to teach a physical discipline and have other responsibilities. I am grateful!

Love, love, love this workout. Mostly did the modified versions but occasionally challenged myself to mix in the more advanced moves. I find these sooo easy to follow, and I love the music you play -- energizing but not harsh. THANK YOU!!!

Just finished this great workout. 🏋️‍♀️I’m 61 and happy to say I didn’t need to modify too much. (Just the knee stuff😩) I even went to two kettlebells with Juice on a few. Recovering from a foot tendinitis. So the minimal impact with high endurance was perfect. Well formatted video. Thank you!

I did this workout using one KB, followed by one of the finishers. First 10 minutes, I was ok but I started to feel the burn after that! I really like the fact that their workouts are customizable (mix and match), since they were so many dynamic workouts to choose from. Thanks again for a great workout!

My first time exercise with you, definitely not the last! I loved how the muscle group were put together. My behind won't come up from the floor that easily, so I like that I don'tt need to grind my self up too often in middle of moves.

Another good one, did this for my am fasted cardio. Burned about 250. Love the no repeat and easy break down. Those lunge twist burned the most!!

I really liked this one. Just found you guys in July when I was coming back after 4 weeks of no exercise due to a back injury (exacerbation of a chronic issue). I have already caught back up to my fitness level and am noticing new gains, love it! Thank you for such compact workouts with great impact!!
