This felt really great, I've been "Trying to find the time" for it but especially that feet over head flexion drill, that gave a great release. Thanks again as always
I'm 36 y.o. your techniques are the best i have ever used so far! Absolutely everything about your videos is great- concise, simple , effective . Thank you so much for doing this for us!
I was SO impressed about being able to lay my knees down next to my head. It's like getting to know your body better and crashing down boundaries everytime I do one of one of his follow along flexibility workouts!
Hey Tom. Just wanted to say your videos have been massively helpful to my recovery journey. Production and presentation are clear and concise. They have had a big influence on my hip mobility issues and I've had a lot of benefit from them. I've recommended your content to others. Apologies for not subscribing sooner. Thanks again. Rich
Thanks Tom, loved this after being abnormally sedentary the past week, especially when recovering from the second last set I felt a lot of tension release. I think you might need to be learning your left and right though, as evidenced in the 'superman' positions.
Been watching your flexibility vids every day for a whole year now! I must say I don’t feel a difference yet... Was really hoping for the splits and pancake, but I guess I should really try getting off the couch? 😂 Jk, love your vids, hubby n I follow along 1-3x a week 👌⭐️A+
@@raniellybatista1897 Less lower back pain, that plus been going to chiro once a month. Over all I feel more flexible and ready for anything, I'm a high energy person and put my body through crazy things so it's good to have it ready to take a hit!
This was awesome great stretch and breathing I’ve been doing your SI exercises and there helping thank you so much. God Bless and stay healthy thank you again. Tamara from Las Angeles California
Great!! Beautiful movement and instructions. I thanked God for you. Been seeking healing, and keep finding what I need.(receiving it humbly is the hardest part)
I have some issues with my lungs and my chest is reasonably tight I wakeup everyday having difficulty breathing but as I have just finished this one now I feel like I have been trapped in a cage and now I'm free Thank you so much
All these videos have been a great help especially for my back and hips thx! My right hip is always tighter than my left and when I bring my legs up it kind of does a clicking feeling/ sound lol is that normal because it's tight or some genetic thing thx is there something specific to do?
The "Elephant walk" gave me some issues (something to work on I guess), but the Bolster drape at the end was surprisingly calming. Very nice set of exercises, Thanks Tom.
Hey man , this feels like after a great massage, and you can do it free and at home. I love your detailed explanation, and I burst out laughing at the end ,when you said right I'm just going to shut up now haha. Much love from Bulgaria. Will comment on every one of your videos I watch.
Have a herniated L4, been injured for a year and this yoga video has been the one I've looked for all this time. It felt amazing and I was even surprised at how well I could do these. Now I just need something to help with piriformis syndrome, keeps me from being able to straighten my legs in these stretches.
Thanks Tom I have mild cp, I have functionality but I'm trying to stretch out my core do you have any recommendations that would be easy? Some of these help a lot.
Another great routine, I appreciate how you don't skip the neck, I always hold a lot of tension there. My mobility and wellbeing is improving every week thanks to your routines, greatly appreciated! 🙏
just find out today after almost a year practice handstand i cant hold it more then 20sec because i lose balance because i cant have posterior pelvic tilt more then 10-15seg and my thoraric mobility and extension sucks too, thx for this right on time
27/3/22 👍🏿 done in the AM 🙏🏾😊🤗😻💙😇. I feel rejuvenated 😊 and peaceful. It's a feel good stretch after massive traffic snarl up. I'm blessed 💕. Thanks Tom for sharing this practice. Kenyan
21:18 "If you can't just use the toes to take a little bit of weight" What if you can't do that either. Asking for a friend. Ok ok asking for me. What should I train to be able to do that? Is it a lack of flexibility in the lower back or harmstrings maybe?
