I’m doing them in the park gym.. I was able to do 15-17 of them💪🏽⚽️ Thanks you. I needed them because of my hip injury 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Ric, I'm a huge fan of yours! In a very short period of time you made it to become the top football fitness youtuber to my eyes. Well done for your great work and thanks for everything you do for us! I'm not sure if somebody has asked that in the past, but I was wondering if all this content applies to futsal players too or you have some extra advice for us as to how to exercise and so on... It would be nice if you could make an extra video focused on futsal at some point!

Should you do the dumbell exercises if you want to be a winger (such as the dumbell overhead shoulder press)? Do you only do a little bit of it?

Thanks for the video, but aren't your hands too straight when doing front/lateral raise? You put weight on the elbow joints which is risky.
