It's 28 MIN and we add some lighter | medium weights to spice it up a little. It's two rounds of each Tabata this time. I loved it - hope you will too!

🇪🇸 Do this after hiking for 2 hours.... 🥵🥵. Madremía qué calor. I read in comments below that people talk about Mother's Day, I think in America too. Here in Spain it was last Sunday, coinciding with the Labor Day 🤣🤣🤣 🇪🇦

LOVED IT!!! Barely had time to breathe it was so sweaty but felt so good after short 28 minutes! I always love the finishers to get the HR up even higher!

Absolutely loved this!! I've recently realised that I am burning nearly as much in a short weighted cardio, tabata or HIIT than in an hours workout. I also seem to be loosing my tummy fat :) Thank you

First you read the list of exercises and think: “Oh, that will not be hard” but then you do the workout and feel the challenge to the fullest 😅 Love this energy 🥰 and yes, sweatiness too 😅 It’s wonderful 😍 Especially finishing with flying star 🌟 😁 🔥 Seems starting the week with cardio is a kind of “mood reset” for me. 🥰 Thank you! ❤

Tabata songs are always such a mood booster ❤it didn't even bothered me that the Tabatas were repeated by rounds once, so I could adjust the weight in the second round

This is my favourite workout to repeat Besides the exercises being awesome 😎 the music is super fun!!! 🤸🏽‍♀️ 🕺 🏋️‍♂️ Working out to a fun beat is like dancing (sort of 😃)

An excellent work-out and intense work mout also coach ,all of us we have bad days and good days ,some periods are very very good and the opposite ,but i am trying to be every day in an athletic mode ,because i have to organize my cycling training too and obviously i have to take a day off at least ,anyway ,i would like to thank you for another time for your extraordinary work out ,thank you a lot!!!!

Well holy hell was this a sweaty sesh!!! LOOOOOVED it! You know tabata no repeats are my fave but I found cause it was 8 different exercises and then that was repeated was fab cause I didn't get too bored then haha! Rather than repeating twice then moving onto another exercise and loved the mixup between strength and cardio moves - was PERFECT! Cannot wait to work out again my love x

Tough but thoroughly enjoyed the workout... Just needed to use 1.5kg weights for the jumping jacks and the pulse sumo squat. Thx again KayKay... U r the best x
