Today I'm playing it safe. I am using my new Under Hoist Jacks.
I've seen too many videos where a car falls off the Hoist because it was unbalanced for one reason or another.
So, I bought a pair of safety jacks from a company called "VEVOR" Under-Hoist Stand 3/4 Ton Capacity Pole Jack Heavy Duty Jack Stand Car Support Jack Lifting from 1.1 m to 1.8 m,

Andy, I love that you are being safe. You can lower the lift to the locks after you get to the top height so it does not sink on it when you are working as an added safety benefit.

Hey Mike. Thanks for dropping by the Dog House. Yeah, they are really handy for safety plus being a third hand. But after I started using them, I found they could be a pain in the ASS. There is too much slop between the base and the extension. I made another video explaining what I mean and how I improved on them. They are still a GREAT purchase for that price. Keep on watching. 🔧🛠

Hey, Rusted. Yeah, I don't go on YT much anymore. It seems like everybody is just posting shorts in order to get money from YT. So I don't watch much anymore. That takes all the fun out of watching. Good stuff 😎👍🏽 We have some stands like that at work. Personally I don’t use them much under the hoist because it’s a ramp / alignment style 4 post hoist, but I do use them for holding stuff all the time. I find they are pretty much necessary for holding the mast when replacing the forklift primary lift hose .

Better Than Nothing!!! I'd Want The Telescoping Pole To Be Longer So The Wobble Would Be Taken Out A Bit At Full Extention!!! Solid Pole All The Way Up To The Screw Would Be Better!!! I Also Use Mine To Stabilize Big Trucks But Mostly I Use It To Jack Things Up Like Engine's And Transmissions To Change Mounts!!! Those Are Better Than Nothing But Would Not Be My Choice!!! Not Sure They Are The Safest Choice!!! Keep Rocking It Out Brother!!!

Hey Pat. Thanks for dropping by my Dog House. I agree with you. I don't like the way they sit when extended. But don't worry Brother, this Big Dog is going to do a little modification to them so they are more sturdy. I wrote the company and told them that they could collapse or brake if there was too much of a load and bend at the intersecting portion of the stands.

Hey Frank. Thanks for dropping by my Dog House. I was thinking about the drive-on type lift as well. But then it's not handy for changing tires. But it is much safer for everything else.
