samsora is so inspiring! I'm so happy he exists, I have so much respect for him. And just his peach is mind blowing to watch. every move is so smart and calculated. His neutral is impeccable.
This one was tough to watch. I really like Peach and Luigi and to see these two push their metas so far is inspiring. It's really sad that they had to meet so early on but this was a ridiculously stacked tournament. Proud of Elegant and Samsora for all they're doing for Sm4sh right now.
Elegant should have play more patient, use more fireballs, and punish what he can punish. Sometimes Elegant is too aggressive in some matchups. He could have win 3-0 if he played patient and punished everything.
Maybe, but with Luigi that's the kind of character that works really good. He's a character that can play agressive or really patient. Except with Sheik or Megaman (the ones who have the bests projectiles in the game), he has his fireball to force his opponent to approach, and let him make the mistake to punish it really hard. He has the tools for this. It's very effective on him. Ofc anyone can make it on that way, but with Sheik you'll prefer to play full neutral to dominate than wait and punish.
Luigi's slipperiness on shield stun combined with his poor aerial mobility make it difficult for him to "punish everything". He needs to play with at least some aggression or he'll find it impossible to even get in. ESPECIALLY against a character like Peach with such great aerial mixups and a powerful fair.
I think it's hilarious how triggered you were about me purposely saying something that would make someone angry. Common term for this is "taking the bait". How about you "get the fuck out".
