People in the comment section acting like it's 1996 this beef been over for 23 going on 24 years do you think if big an pac was alive they would still be beefing
Snoop even secretly flew out to NY and was in the studio when Biggie recorded "Somebody Gotta Die"...where Biggie said the line "I wanna sell records like Snoop...oops".
Pac dead, Suge serving life, and Snoop having fun spending money and living with his friends and family. THATS who you should worry about. Not no damn Tupac.
I love biggie but he don't get his proper blame in the east coast west coast beef. The media portrays Pac and Suge as the bad guys. Nobody talk about biggie diss records aswell
That's what I am saying he got DPG shot, never warned 2pac about they wanted to shoot him then you got "long kiss goodnight" "what's beef" and other tracks dissing Pac he even dissed e40 and big almost lost his life then he would cheat on his wife Faith Evans R.I.P. to both of them and both Pac and Big were hardheaded not just Pac
Biggie for the public eye tried to cover all his footsteps that had any involvement with the pac beef, not just the public eye but also from his opps, he wanted to act like he had nothing to do with it but really he did bruh.. you can see it from the first shooting all the way to him coming to la and going on the radio.. he knew what he was doing, anyone in the streets by that age is grown, by then you know the shit.. he knew what he was doing, people just be dick riding.. Naa he didn’t know it was all puffy Naa bruh he knew
She dose the Best Tupac Interviews! She gives more insight on Pac durring that time period than anyone else! Kenya gives us that in between information, that before now, we had no idea had happened.. I hope they bring her on board as a consultant for the next Tupac Movie
I once saw an interview with Frank Alexander who was Snoop's Bodyguard and later 2pac's say that when Biggie called in to the radio station he said why is New York letting 2pac and the Dogg Pound film a video on our turf? But 2pac wasn't there. It was actually Snoop and the Dogg Pound that was there to do the video. Biggie thought that 2pac was there and that was his reasoning for calling in to the Radio Station to begin with. It was Frank Alexander who rushed into the trailer when it was fired on; collected the Dogg Pound; and got them to safety.
Snoop is a big hater!! He's a fake crip nobody respect in the real hood. That's why snoop run around like some character dress like some super crip to prove he a crip.snoop need to sit his old ass down somewhere. You don't see Daz and krupt running around like some characters.
Kenya Ware has been in the background up close seeing so many legendary moments of Hip Hop. She was in Vegas when Pac was shot. In LA when Biggie was killed and in NYC when the shooting of the trailer during the snoop and Dogg pound video shoot. To have lived through these crazy moments in Hip Hop... she must have replayed these moments thousands of times in her mind over the years.
@@zoreactions7760 What? That their trailer got shot up? Yeah, that true. It was big news back then. Idk what ol girl Lysia talking about. I'm not sure about the Mobb Deep part but Prodigy kinda spoke on it in "Drop A Gem On EM."
Biggie specifically mentioned Tupac's name on Funk Flex's show mistakenly thinking he was going to be there and telling "New York Stand Up" which was the official public start of the beef between Tupac and BIG.
If we being honest.. Biggie really is the one that started the East vs West beef in regards to taking it in a violent direction. But of course, people will ignore what Biggie did and still put all the blame on Pac. smh
To my understanding, “Got My Mind Made up” song was recorded for Tha Dogg Pound’s album. When Pac was released from prison & signed to Death Row, they wanted to give Pac all the heat they had. Pac chose the song and decided to take Dek’s verse off and added his. Daz thought it was kinda foul and that’s why he left some of Dek’s vocals on it when he mixed it. “INS The Rebel” @ the end of the song. So that means that Inspectah Dek was actually on the “All Eyes On Me” album 🤔
He moved to the west when he was still in school and he wasn't even a rapper then. His entire career as a rapper was in California so how is that running to the west. Furthermore the east wasn't doing shit at the time it was all about California so 'not good enough for the east' is just stupid coz the west was better. Inspectah Deck is bullshit anyway that's probably why they took his verse off
Daaaaaamn I have been a 2pac fan like forever ever and I didnt know that such a nice person /human being as Kenya Ware existed. They way she talks, smiles, re-tells the stories...
@@d-money314 facts snoop jealous of pac because pac took one of his girls ,u know that fine ass Puerto Rican and black looking chick from that “low down dirty shame” movie (not jada) ?? Well snoop was fucking with her and pac took her..
@@d-money314 yep when snoop told that story he I knew then that’s probably what cause the jealous because that chick was bad and plus WOMEN are mostly the main cause when it comes to that secret jealousy and envy between friends..
Honestly, who gives af, BOTH of these brothas are dead and gone and yall bozos wanna keep this shit going like yall are ghetto detectives looking for a mf suspect, man let that shit go, nearly 30 yrs and mfs acting like the want justice or some shit to help them sleep at night🙄
The more I listen to these stories. The more I realized how phony Biggie was as person. He can call in the goons to shoot up the trailer. But wouldn't respond to any 2pac disses. Getting tired of people thinking 2pac was always in the wrong how he came at Big. And act like Biggie was this angel or saint when it comes to the 2pac and Biggie debate.
Exactly. For a long time the narrative was that Biggie was innocent and wanted no problems with Pac BUT as time goes on we start to learn the type of person Biggie was. A real shady/fake person who knew exactly what he was doing.
@@biggame2175 Elaborate how it's "crying" lol? People do think Biggie was this angel and did nothing wrong at all. People always fault 2pac for their beef. I'm just happy, people on this channel are exposing him for the person who he truly was.
Even me being from Germany i was shocked. I dont know anybody whos into Hip Hop not knowing Deck... this seems to be just about the pop aspect of hip hop. I unsubscribed after hearing that. I dont even wanna listen to people talking about hip hop stories who dont even know Inspectah Deck... thats hilarious. apart from that, INS didnt even front on that. he was just telling a story.. those pac lovers are overreacting again.
Tbh Nobody really knows Wu Tang outside of ODB , Meth , Ghostface , Raekwon and RZA everybody else is just a after thought unless you're a real Wu Tang fan
@@timothyshorts8768 Nah bro that's BS if you listen to old school Hip-Hop you would know Inspectah Deck by name even if you ain't a fan of him, the fact that this interviewer didn't know who he was is just straight up strange... guessing this guy doesn't listen to any old school other than Death Row or Biggie...
These interviews are awesome ....it’s like everyone is trying to rewrite history like pac was fully to blame cause he isn’t here......”0f course we were mad, they tried to kill us”. .....
The interviewer & shorty need to get their facts straight, it was Kurupt who who said Pac was hating on Inspectah Deck verse, he said that on the Breakfast Club. And how you a Hip Hop interviewer & dont know who Insepctah Deck is? SMH
@@O4L. Charlagmagne asked Kurupt why Pac took the verse off, Kurupt said the verse was hot & Pac was just hating. I think I'll take Kurupt's word over some random RU-vid nigga named Irvin lol SMH
How come no one has the recording of biggie on the radio. Your tell me no one in the hip hop community has a recording. Would love to hear it for real. Love Kenya, she keeps it 💯.
its your boy Shawn from Newark NJ aka Brick City, Happy New Year Fam! And another great interview! For us that were around at the time when this video debut on tv know that this started off the East vrs West coast beef! I remember hearing Biggie on Hot 97 talking about Dogg Pound shooting the video in Times Square which is the heart of NYC!! Which imo it was Puffys idea for Big to say that shit on the radio!
Why nobody ever talk about the time Biggie got the radio and kick up that dust that lead to the shots in the Snoop and the Dogg Pound trailer? Why haven’t we heard copies of the radio interview?
@@cdubyawilson8955 I can’t tell all that my house my car my driveway my kitchen my studio she doin on these videos if they wasn’t married she had to produce all them beats with Daz an sign to death row 😆
It doesn’t matter it was the 90s and it was real hip hop, they took inspecta Deck off the track, that’s horrible. Tracks in the 90s used to last 5 to 6 minutes at times. Boooo
I love when two people act like the can’t experience the same event through different lens.... it don’t mean they lying, they just remember it differently....( time, weed, alcohol) all play a part in that
But hold up, what they didn’t discuss is that song was supposed to be a DOGG POUND song featuring METH, RED, and DECK. It wasn’t supposed to be a PAC song. And DECK killed that ish. They better put some respect on his name and not forget it smdh
I love Inspectah Deck verse on that record. Kurupr and Daz told their versions. Something happened with the reels of Rage and Deck. Pac loved Wu Tang and pretty sure he would have liked having Deck verse to.
If y’all wanted the full story on the Inspektah Deck verse that was taken out of “Got My Mind Made Up”, Charlemagne interviewed Kurupt about it on the Breakfast Club.
@@kymanibrown8039 it was built for him and the interior had his name ingraved into it by suge so yeah it's by the Company but what is your point it was there before his release.
@@chitownmytownofficialonean6067 they gave him that for him to feel good but he didn't own it. He died owning a few jewellery and at least 7 thousand dollars in his account. They tricked and used him by not telling him the truth about his money.....
It’s true that behind every powerful man is a more powerful woman. These vintage stories were initially void of the better halves contributions in some cases saving death row from a more speedy and painful demise.
The way I remember it...the Bad Boy vs DeathRow actually started when Pac was still in prison, due to a lot of *behind the scenes happenings which caused that mess. *It was the Vibe magazine that added the fuel to flame that was already brewing. By the time the DP's trailer was shot up, the beef was already in full swing! And Biggie did say Deathrow was shooting a video 'New York New York', "kicking over our buildings, disrespecting our neighborhoods and y'all just gonna let that happen?...we need to handle this". The NY NY song came out *before the video on mixtapes. I know her husband is part of the DP -so of course, I understand her emotions but I'm not sure about her stories. Seems like all of the other interviews with ex-DeathRow members were more on point. This was a year ago...like Danny Boy did recently, maybe she needs to do an up-to-date interview to clear up / rebuttal some of the things she stated in this interview.
Yeah I agree with that whole situation about somebody's life could have been took over some b******* and people kind of always undervalue that incident that sparked this whole violence in the beef.
Yeah that s*** that big e in them there was was was wrong and I don't care you know if anybody looks at that scenario I'm outside perspective and really look at the whole details yeah you can understand why everything went the way it went from there just had
Kurupt said on the Breakfast club something to the effect that Pac was hating. When Deck was asked, he said that he heard Pac was hating....Homie said, Professor Griff....lol
Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
“I drop atomically Socrates philosophies and hypothesis can’t define how I be dropping these mockeries Lyrically perform armed Flee with the lottery Possibly they spotted me...” - inspector deck
@@erichawkins7305 have you heard the verse? anyway it was already done by the time Pac got on it. Red & Meth didn't know pac was on it until it came out. So yea he hated!!!
@@erichawkins7305 I don't see why you would leave deck's voice at the end of the song anyway. That is the only reason why this is an issue, because people heard Deck and we want to hear more from him. Real fans would love to hear deck and rage on the song which would make it even more iconic. You may not be a true fan or you not know who deck is anyway. You may not of been around when the song came out. The purpose of the song was to bring the east coast fans to listen to 2pac's album and to show Pac's lyrical prowess.
On the Finn I was a witness I wasn't there but I was in tune with alot of shit she been telling the truth I'm glad she speaking facts 💯 you can tell when a person telling facts god going to bless her
Biggie went on Hot 97 and told people to do something about Snoop and The Dogg Pound shooting a video in New York and then the video shoot got shot up? Was that Hot 97’s fault or Biggie’s for saying it?
What always messed with me about that call is that he didn't say snoop name. He said 2pac and the dogg pound was shooting a video. Why did he say that? This was before all eyes on me and hit em up.
