There’s no evidence of that being true,studies on rats showed it wasn’t true…there are enzymes from what I remember that can curdle milk but it isn’t dangerous or harmful to humans…❤
Can we mix pineapple and milk together.... I don't think It is a good combination.. Because I tried once mixing pineapple and milk together to make pineapple shake...but It was bitter like Neem.
@@theyogainstituteofficial then why it turned out bitter?? and also I I've got to know that A compound bromelain in pineapple when mixed with milk causes a series of problems to your body such as stomach gas, nausea, infections, headache, and stomach pain. And also pineapple is acidic and milk is alkaline, and when mixed together cause a reactionary disturbance in digestion. The only types of fruits that can be combined with milk would have sweet and buttery properties like mangoes, avocados, figs, dates et cetera. It may not be toxic but it's not good either.😊

I suffer from ankylosing spondylitis, with time I have learnt to cope with it and do proper workout , but morning inflammation is still a issue , can you suggest foods or drinks which would help in reducing morning inflammation?
@@luckyshrivastava6928 Right now I will suggest don't go for gym , first try to reduce your pain, pain will stay be Mentally Strong on that , Yoga helps immensely, I know in start pain is so much its difficult, but you have to do it , don't rush just baby steps, Diet is main culprit in inflammation among AS people, research on that .... You are on early stage so it can be sustained .Once you start working out keep one thing in mind you need to improve your posture, as with AS back will bend . Be Mentally strong 👍

on the second recipe, backgroud audio says one tablespoon and the screen it says one teaspoon. please specify how much tumeric power should be taken, i assume 1 tablespoon turmeric would be too much.
