I would actually like an app that puts a timer on a certain app you want to stay away from and it won’t let you access that app until the timer is up. And you can set the timer as long as you want. 😊 This would actually help me become less addicted to Snapchat, instagram..etc
woww! first she showed us how to get rid of phone addiction by using apps in the phone itself and later she advertised her phone so that people would buy it...moral- we should use more phones to get rid of phone addiction!😂😂😂
A phone isn’t all bad. It helps you with reaching goals and finding information quickly and conveniently. But too many people look at the bad information (social media garbage). So this helps with mitigating that damage
Ever since I got my smartwatch about almost a year ago, I find myself using my phone less than usual, only time I unlock the screen if I need to reply a message. Since email and notifications is pushed to my smartwatch there isn't much need for to unlock my phone. On average I have unlocked my phone about 10 to 13 times from when I wake up (05:30) to when I go to sleep (22:30). Don't game much on my phone cause there are better games other times, and everyone I follow is being notify then they posted or replied. With that being said, I do regularly check my watch's notifications but mostly glancing if it's important to reply or just ignore.
My first cell phone was for ordering pizza and emergencies only but never had an emergency. Now I have a phone for work. If I didn't work, I would ditch it but my wife would be pissed. Where are you, what are you doing, are you ok, when will you be home, could you pickup.......... Ugh
