Onthe quadriceps stretch why can't you point your toes up instead of pointing towards the ground? I feel like that way it's easier to push the hips forward and feel the stretch better in my quadricep that I'm stretching.

If that works for you then fine. However, most of the time it won't stretch as well when your toes are pointed forward. The fact that it's easier, doesn't mean it's better.

Buzz Charter, I always wondered how good that position is. For me it never stretches anything at all, so I never use it.

when I do hamstring stretching, my calves give me a really bad time, more than the actual hamies! Any clue / tip for that? except stretch calves separately before the hamies....

Stretch your calves, yes that's the most important thing.

Can you rest your chest on the ground while doing push-ups or will that throw out your shoulder?

You mean after each rep? I would prefer to keep the tension on it actually.
