Emmanuel ITALIEN UPDATE ON SPLITS! he tore his nuts first day of training and now he is transitioning to be first male to female ball juggler in which he will juggle his own dissected balls in 4months time. Wish him luck!

Awesome, just came across your channel. I use to do splits when I was 16 to early 20s then stopped. Now I'm 40 and want to learn and stretch again. I became a better skateboarder after learning the splits cause of the flexibility. Then work took over.

I would like to see him doing the exercises others demonstrated. Aged 72, I demonstrate a All the splits including showing myself doing exercises to help achieve such.

Want to get back to a level of flexibility I once had a decade ago. I'm 41 and quite flexible for my age but I know getting back to a better flexibility for my body will serve me in the long run.

K which videos can u tell me about that will teach me to splits on botj directions..I'm 43 physicist active..trying to get a pole so i can learn to dance on it i do twerk dance also learning to be as good as i can be w two kids...i stretch ..I am closer on my left side w splits but not my rigjt side..i think one side is tighter(?)then the left and I want to be able to splits the other way...w one leg to my left n to my right..whats thatt called?u got to be able to do both for both dance arts.so which videos will teach me to stretch n get me there faster...i spin my wheels w every day stretching .....

Hey I wanted to ask this question: I have pain in outer hips when doin splits and do not feel the streches in any other muscles (I can't go down fully like 30 cm from ground I recently started doing side splits exercises) is there a way to fix this pain cause my toes are pointed to the ceiling when I do streches or I'm just not capable of doing them:(

I use knee pads..i do that in my videos...i recommend using knee pads..reason being that i use them when i do construction work and other stuff anyway...i aint as good as this guy, but hope that helps....

What age you are ? Is this kind of flexibility not dangerous for knees (30+) ?

I am 26, nearly 27 years old. It shouldn't hurt, so gradually work your way to this level of flexibility and don't just jump into it!

My tip would be to do a lot of bodyweight squats (by a lot I mean high in volume, ~50-100 reps a day for some time so long it does not hinder your regular leg training) cause they do build tendon and ligament and to some degree even bone strength whose lack is usually cause of a pain like that, but if you keep on getting this pain even then or you feel it when walking, you might wanna get them x-rayed (it can be pretty serious if you have some cartilage damage)

I do not wish you bad, but lets wait 4 years more;) I had no problems with joints until I turned 30. Btw. I am a trainer.

Thx. Did fmri - degenerative miniscus. I have done 90 squats per day for the last and 45 1-leg squats per leg for 30 days following McKinsey reco. So far no result. Of course I won't do a arthroscopy since acc. to latest research it is a placebo. So only hope is to find appropriate exercises....
