This is the replay of a class I taught for the Plant-Based Chapel Hill Pod Community. With their permission, I'm sharing it with you so you can learn to make whole food plant-based dry vega cheese powder mix, creamy sauce mix, and a bean and almond fondue.
All the recipes are easy, take some stress out of dinner, are healthy, and have no added oil! They are all gluten-free, soy-free, and have the option to use a salt substitute too, so they should fit into your diet of choice.
