Increase and decrease for both it is same exercise...saw many videos So i think ultimately people with heavy bust will increase and people with small bust will decrease not other way round... Sorry for pinging in ur comment... Just saving someone's time
NO! People with heavy ones will reduce and with flat ones it will become larger. The same exercises are recommended for both whether to reduce or expand.

Very useful for youngsters and young Mothers. My doubt is, you said 3 sets that means 3 times continuously doing all(3x3) or give 5 minutes break between the sets. Before doing this take a glass of water or milk based drink later we continue our routine diet and work. Tell me the time also for doing this. Hearty wishes for upcoming fitness videos. @@Maya-zy7hb you can do this. Set is nothing, how many times we are doing this exercise and here she explained three exercises. 3x3 sets means you have to do 3 times each exercise. Doing first time, do only one time for a week or more than week.. (each exercise as per count)This is 1set. If you have no pain on muscles and shoulders,you can increase the set as 2sets and later 3sets.
