I have been following this video a few times a week for about a month with some HIIT workouts in the mix as well! It can be hard to see progress when seeing my body everyday but I do notice a difference in my chest area - more rounded and firm which does give the appearance of a slight reduction :) In the beginning, I had to lower my arms between each workout but it’s gotten easier to keep up with overtime. The elbow lifts are still a killer but worth it lol thanks so much for your help! ❤
@@Shagun09-yj8pq The breast reduction and loss of back fat was noticeable within a few weeks and the workout is part of my daily exercise routine. I am now able to wear bra's that I have not been able to fit into for years!.

Everytime I start to get tired I just think of all the nice clothes I can wear once my chest is smaller or how I'll be able to run, jump, and dance with no pain or discomfort it helps me push through the workout
Loved this workout! Since removing my breast implants 2 years ago that have really made me sick I have been looking for exercises to improve the look of them naturally. Hi Sally thankyou for this workout. I have been working from home for months now and in between I completely lost the motivation to workout. I was shocked to see my weight yesterday it was 69kgs. The last time I had checked it was 65 kgs. I constantly feel conscious about my breasts. I'll do this workout regularly. Day 1✅
Day 2 was tough couldn't do the pushup Did for 9 minutes Had to lower my arms in between YOU CAN DO IT KASAK 💪 DAY 3 - COMPLETE DAY 4 - was a bit tough but did it DAY 5 - Did it after a rest day and felt amazing and kinda easy. Gonna do 1 full and one half times tomorrow ❤❤ DAY 6 - I skipped 1 day and regret it cause it was really hard today but pushed my self . ❤ Day 7 - done Day 8 - done ✅

@@SugarBarron it might not be for her, there a lot of reasons someone could be having back pain. But there is actual research that shows having a larger chest can cause back pain, and in my case it definitely caused me back pain lol.
