Those quick easy recipes are not only good for families but for young people just staring out on their own. I think my grandson would really like them.
Your recipes have been a lifesaver to me. I recently became a single mom and these dinners are affordable and tasty for me and my daughter. Also because it's just the two of us, we get 2 to 3 meals out of each recipe which helps so much with my budget. I have made so many of your recipes already.

I’ve found that almost all chicken and pork chop recipes are interchangeable. We use whatever we have. Your meals are so pretty too, as well as delicious!
The orange chicken recipe is genius! My oldest always asks for it but the pre-made is so expensive and the other recipes are so complicated. Thanks as always! ❤😅
I just got home from the hospital. I was in ICU a few days, then a room for the rest of my stay. I'm in quarantine for a few weeks. I'm sepsis with encephalitis and C diff. Lord, I was sick. I wondered how my husband did while I was in the hospital. Julia, he made a few of your recipes. Lol . He said they were very easy and fast. You're a winner, girl! Even my husband can cook your recipes thank you for taking care of him while I was so sick and in the hospital.

We will use your recipes. Pete says they are real quick and easy, thank you. The church brought food, and he put them in the freezer they made so much it would feed 10 people. My easy, go-to side dish is something I’ve made for my kids since they were toddlers. I created it myself but I’m sure many people make it…ingredients are pasta, lemon juice, butter, and garlic salt. Cook the pasta for 7-10 minutes, drain, and stir in all the other ingredients. It’s one of the only things I don’t measure out, so it makes me especially proud to made it. 😆

I like to use Suddenly Salad for a side dish. The Ranch dressing one is my favorite. Add left over Rotisserie chicken and serve on a bed of lettuce and you have a really nice cold summer supper.

On the orange chicken… For people that might be diabetic and not want to use Regular barbecue sauce or regular marmalade… The sugar-free marmalade and sweet baby rays sugar-free barbecue sauce work just fine in it. I’ve made it many times.

Hey, gurrrll!! So I'm having a major dilemma right now: 1. I'm mega hungry and just watched these perfect and amazing meals, causing my tummy to growl and yell loudly at me. 😳 2. Now I can't choose which one to make first as every single one looks absolutely delicious and I want to make them like YESTERDAY!! 😁 Hopefully, I can get my act together and solve my little problem! Haha Hope you and your family had a good weekend! ❤ EDIT: Oh my gosh, I absolutely had to tell you this. I searched for videos for CrockPot recieps you've posted and started watching one, and in the frame on the very right was a little sliver of a shot of Macy as a TINY little newborn in a basinet. My boyfriend thought I was losing my mind as I kept repeating "AWWWWW!" and tearing up since I cant believe she's grown so fast! Although I understand since my girls are now 13 and 16, and my 16yr old just got her first car. 😳 CLEAR THE SIDEWALKS!! Time needs to stop going by too fast.

As I was watching the pork chop dish come together I thought what a time saver it would be to add thinly sliced potatoes to the baking dish and allowing them cook in that fabulous sauce as well. No additional pot to clean by cooking rice separately. 🤷🏼♀️. Kudos on another great lineup of quick, delicious meals!

We like the 90-second rice from Aldi for an easy side dish. Our favorite is the chicken flavor. It's so easy to bring a meal together with this quick side. Just 90 seconds in the microwave.

I actually made your pork chop recipe with chicken cutlets I used onion dip in the dairy section because it's not as thick. And used a big fresh onion. Was delicious 😋 You can also use mustard instead of onion dip.

I always get the breaded boneless wings chicken for making the sauced chicken. I will sometimes get the powder pack for general tso sauce and make the sauce like that and cook the chicken pieces in air fryer for a quick meal. I prefer that over nuggets when do it. Nuggets and popcorn chicken I do love to mix in hot sauce and ranch and toss it around to have saucy nuggets like that.

That bacon wrapped chicken it's delicious dinner is absolutely delicious and my family loved it I made for my family to try and it was a major hit. 3 pans is gone and they wanted more. That's what happens when you have growing boys in the family. And in going to try that pork chops one this week that also looks good I'll let you know Mrs. Julia I got my nieces cookbook of yours. She still want give it to me but I can borrow it. It's her boys that asked me to cook from it when they come here. I don't have kids of my own. It's just My boyfriend and I. For thr bacon cheddar Chicken tenders: I would freeze the cut slices of cheddar first in a zip lock bag the night before. It will not melt all over in the oven when you bake it.

I made the one pot sausage pasta today. It was so super simple to make, delicious and cheap! The three main ingredients (rotini, marinara and sausage) cost a total of $7.50 (I lucked out and got the Italian sausage on clearance for only $2.50). These are all great recipes if you're on a budget and want delicious inexpensive home cooked meals that don't break the bank. Thank you Julia!

I love how you did the first recipe and cooked the pasta in sauce. I’ve done this a lot and I’m Italian. The beauty is that the pasta absorbs the sauce flavor to the pasta. I do it sometimes in the oven and finish with a layer of cheese that I brown. Yummy! And if you want more inspiration, GET HER COOKBOOK! Her book is clear, easy to follow, great photos, space to write comments, and lots of great, easy recipes.

@JuliaPacheco I made the chicken bacon wraps yesterday. They were devoured. Day before that, I made the marmelade chicken nuggets, and those were also devoured. Served them with the rotel Mac and cheese without the ground beef. Delicious! Everyone loved it and it was cheap at the grocery store which is the part I love too! LOL

I love the Pasta-Roni sides! I use them a lot! Another side I use is the scalloped potatoes or au gratin potatoes. They are a nice change sometimes. Thank you for sharing these recipes! 🌻
