Do this workout everyday to see major weight loss results!!
Are you ready to burn MAX calories? This workout is for you!! This 3 mile workout will NOT disappoint you! Make sure to share and track your progress in the comments to encourage all your fellow walkers who are doing this at home.
This workout requires only your own body weight and can be done virtually anywhere. It is beginner friendly, and if you want to make it even more challenging, you can add some small 3-5lb weights.
I did this workout with my bodyweight alone and i was sore (this is coming from someone who has been working out for over 10 years!)
If you struggle with any of the moves, ITS OKAY, just keep stepping. This will keep your heart rate up, which is optimal for elevating your metabolism and burning the most amount of calories possible! This workout is great for your heart health, and also GREAT for your mood!
If you struggle with getting the entire workout done just come back tomorrow and try to go for a little longer. There is nothing wrong with building your way up to doing this full workout! We all start somewhere and there is NO shame whatsoever in going at your own pace.

I lost 28lbs(13kg) with grow with jo and went from 93 to 80kg. Jo really helped me. i did it with a calorie deficit and working out just at home using home carpet and socks on. I was light active at home so i figured i should do something with my weight. Ofc i stopped for a while and regained 3kg but i did this workout today and i am proud of myself. To all my girlies you can do it just keep in mind there is no excuse you can just use a pair of socks and your house rag.

@@mrunmayijadhav8077 i have stopped 5 months ago but now iam 81kg only so i think iam in the clear haha. Anyways i always try to watch my food. Regaining 1 kilo isnt like regaining another 10kilos so iam being careful and soon will be working out again.🙏🏼

What a great workout! I love that it doesn't include burpees or exercises on the floor, you just need yourself and a bottle of water! 5533 steps, 480 calories!

Ladies this is a perfect workout if you’re on your period. Especially the first days when you feel the most discomfort and low energy and don’t want to jump around and put too much stress on your body.

42 and on same journey. Survived Covid along with my son and now trying to recover while having long Covid symptoms and regain strength. This is the most low impact doable goal workout I've found. I like knowing the amount of calories potential to burn too. You're right....we can do this!! Get our health right for ourselves and our families 👏👏

I exercised on this video for 1 month so here are my results. I'm gonna continue doing this workout I love it so much! I'm 158 cm tall and 65kg. I did this workout 5 times a week. My belly is flatter, muffintops went down. The cellulite on my thighs are almost gone!! I feel so energetic, my whole body is thighter and nicely sculpted down! I drink a lots of water, 2-3liters a day, eat less junk food and I eat everything I want, just in smaller plates. Also sometimes I drink protein powder. I don't see much changes in kilogramms, but in inches is noticeable! Thank you Jo for inspiring me and now I'm love working out! I'm gonna follow your other videos if I get bored of this one! I was skeptical at first.. but then in only 2 weeks I lost 5 Kilos and I've never been more determined in my life!! I've cut out sugars and processed food and do home workout everyday for minimum 30 minutes and the results are AMAZING! Thank you so much :)

@@eviekpopstan4688 hello Evie! Yes I did this exercise 2-3 times a week for approximately 4 weeks. In addition to this, I stopped eating carbs, sugar and processed food. Drinking plenty of water and eating a lot of veggies and healthy protein (lean chicken, eggs, beans etc) on a 1400 kcal diet. It has worked magic for me :)

I started doing Jo's workouts a month ago. I started with 20 minutes long videos, and I could barely complete them. Now I am on the 45 minutes long ones, and I find myself dancing during those 20 seconds of walking. A month ago I was beginning for mercy 🤣 it's amazing how much difference consistency makes! I do these workouts almost every day, or I go for a long walk. Taking a break from exercise is also important, for me especially during the first days of period. Thank you Jo for amazing ways to have a fitness journey without going to the gym or having a fancy equipment ❤️

Everything plays a role in burning fat. In the end and the simplest terms, weight loss is about calories in/calories out. Any exercise burns calories, so any exercise is going to contribute towards fat loss. Also, people who are overweight, unfit or maybe have bad joints can really benefit from walking, as it is low impact and doable for most!

@@twinketoes123 Polycystic ovary syndrome. Basically I have cysts on my ovaries that have formed over time due to hormal imbalances as a result of a bad lifestyle and diet and because of this I :don't have regular periods, have crippling cramps, I have a dark neck, grow facial hair under my chin and around my cheeks and I gain weight because of my water retention. My hormones also effect my mood negatively like I get anxious spontaneously and I'm pretty sad even if nothing is wrong. I mean there is a lot to it but yeah that's the basics, I was diagnosed 2 years ago, the doctor before said I should go on the pill but that ruined me as I gained weight and started not exercising because I was always tired and in pain. The doctor who diagnosed did an ultrasound and found the cysts and told me that I should get off the pill and exercise then sent me to a specialist who gave medication that helped me with my condition . Im more active now, I have only lost 5kg after 2 months but I'm grateful for Jo's video because I struggle with consistency but she makes exercising so much fun

To me personally, the best motivator is the joy of movement. When I focus on how more capable I am, how I can do the entire workout without even wanting to give up anymore, riding a bike up the hill, when I enjoy dancing instead of being out of breath immediately - then I feel truly motivated. I truly want to move my body. Because when I was trying to work out for weightloss, it always felt like it was a punishment, like a torture to achieve some unachievable beauty standard. So the goal is to move, not to lose. Of course, I want to lose weight, but if it goes off too slowly, I don't really care, I'll get there eventually. I think of it as a nice side effect and is the huuuge mental shift I needed to truly start prioritizing my overall health and wellbeing. This is my subjective view, but it helped me so much. Hello! I don't know if you're reading this but I'm 18 years old and until 3 weeks ago I had to sit all day preparing for the exam and I was eating because of the constant stress (it was the college entrance exam). In this process, I gained 7 kilos and I was feeling very unhappy because I could not achieve a result worth all this for 1 year... I was crying all day and continued to eat with my lost self-confidence. Then I came across you and realized that this is what I was looking for. I'm a 16 year old girl. I sound young but I don't feel young with this body. I have breathing problems and I'm unfit. I wanna be able to run and walk and be fit like when I was younger. I'm 3 weeks into my weight loss and fitness journey, and i have to say this was FUN. Between this, dancing, and skipping rope, and a few strength and core videos, I'll be fit in no time. My goal is to be at least 50 kilos by my birthday (19th Jan) I am now 67 kilos. Shouldn't be too hard! 💜☺️

I did this for the first time this morning, I had to take lots of breaks but I kept going I burned 563 calories!! It is now 1pm and I have burned 824 calories all together! I will be doing this again this evening. I'm 170lb right now. I will give daily updates starting on 01/13. Day1- ✅️ i am so sore, I have burned 1,334 calories. Day2- ✅️ I am still sore! This morning i was down to 169.4lb! I burned 1,252 calories! Day3- ✅️ I'm not as sore, I am now down to 169.2lb!! I burned 1,423 calories. Day4- ✅️

I showed up for myself today! I spent a week recovering from a shoulder injury and was unable to exercise (or hardly move at all in general). I honestly wanted to quit 9 minutes into this workout, but I persevered. I did it for the October 2023 me who is getting married 🥰

@@itzzzstormy1463 You'll probably burn more. I think the amount you burn depends some on the energy you put into any workout. High energy and continuous movement will burn more than low energy and low/light movement.

I have been doing your workouts for a week now. For the first time in my life, I have been consistent for a whole week! I cannot believe it :) I lost one kilogram throughout this week! yay. Weight now: 73 kg. Today is the first day of my second week. I am planning to do this workout for a whole week to see how many calories I will burn and how my fitness will change. I did this workout while suffering some knee pain so I didn't do all moves, but I kept stepping and I completed the whole thing! (lowkey proud of myself for completing the whole thing). I feel a bit down because I didnt as much calories as other people, but I will push through :) Day 1: I only burned 278 calories. I did not do 4-5 moves. 21/5/2023 Day 2 22/5: burnt 314 calories. I struggled with only 2 moves and my stamina was much better. Yay!

Today is my birthday. Thankful for the gift of life and how far God has brought me. As a gift to myself, I'm going to be doing this workout for 30 days. Actually I started yesterday so this is day 2. So help me God. I weigh 75kg as of today. I'll update daily after every session. Thank you Jo. Day 3 done Day 4 done Day 5 done Day 6 done Day 7 done Day 8 done Crushed day 9 with the 1 hour work. Feeling good about myself Day 10 was rest Day 11 done Day 12 done. Did the 30 minutes cardio. The sweat is real.😂 Day 13 crushed. Felt zero motivation. But thank God I don't listen to my feelings. @@janbi7171 i can tell you that i personally lost 25 lbs starting january 6th. I am 5.3 ft and started with 171 lbs. I also do rope skipping 10- 15 minutes maybe once or twice a week ( depends on my motivation ), hiit + cardio workouts (2x per week). I eat chocolate and stuff (sometimes even mcdonalds when i am weak, but still tried to not eat more calories than my body could burn in a day, which is 1500 calories for me. I also do walks outside in a fast pace to reach 7000 - 10000 steps a day. I did not visit a gym once, even tho i have a membership i don't feel comfortable enough yet to go again. I hope that maybe helps, wish you the very best.

Started yesterday this workout.. It was amazing.. Was able to complete in one go.. 🥳 🥳 Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ lower body is full sore.. Still completed this workout. Day 3❌got my periods on day 2 and my body is paining like hel..was not even to walk properly.. 😭 Day 4 ✅ body is much better now.. Still pain is there in legs and thighs.. and didn't felt its of 45 min.. It finished so fast.. 😊 Day 5 ✅ Day 6 (Sunday) so took rest Day 7 ✅ done woohoo Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10✅ Day 11✅ I am loving it day by day Day 12 OFF Day 13✅ Day 14✅ No much change in body and inches 🙄 Day 15✅ Day 16✅ Day 17✅ feeling bit light by stomach area.. But no decrease in inches still Day 18 OFF Day 19 ✅ Day 20 ✅ I lost half an inch from lower waist.. Thank you so so much Jo. You just saved a life here. I use to go outdoor walking for at least one hour 5 to 6 days in a week. Then, life happened and I haven't done any form of exercise for 8 months. Viola, I'm starting to have pains on my knees, I'm having a hard time fitting into my clothes, I get on the scale and I have gained about 15lbs 😢😢. I knew it was time to get back to exercising but I didn't know where to start from. I get on RU-vid and after about 5 minutes searching, I decide this would be a good exercise to start with. The first 30 minutes was hard😮 I'm itching all over and my whole body is on 🔥. I keep pushing, 40 minutes in and it's still hard, but the itching stops and I'm still pushing. Finally, I made it to the end 🙌🏾.

Today begins my second week of Grow With Jo workouts! The last ones I've done were only 10-30 minutes, but WOW I feel great even after 45 minutes! I feel so nimble and my head is clear. I was sweating and it felt amazing. Thank you! Weigh-in today was 207.4 lbs. I can't wait to be under 200 lbs! 150 lbs is my goal, so I have about 57 lbs to loose :)

Wow! I just discovered these yesterday and they put me to workkkk!!! I am a mommy of 2 little boys under 4 💙 28 yrs old and both were c-sections. I currently weight 180lbs at 5'1 ,and my goal is to be at 120 by the end of this year 💪🏻🙏🏼 wish me luck guys 🙏🏼🥰🤭 we can do this!!!🥳🥳🥳 Another thing I wanted to mention is that these exercises are way better than hitting the threadmil😅 if I do the threadmil at a speed of 3 incline of 3 for an hour I only burn about 300 calories and I am dead at the end. This workout was only 45min and I burned 400 calories , insane!!!🤯💯🙌🏼 Thank you so much to @growwithjo for these amazing workouts❤️

One of the best workouts ever! I did this in my apartment while watching a show at a gentle pace and my stats were: Active: 334 cal Total: 413 cal Avg Heart Rate: 132 I think i’ll try this again with 3 lb weights next time :)

Doing this workout everyday inshallah Day 1: At the beginning I gave up after the first set of sprints then I went on tiktok and looked up change your mindset then I got motivated because I want to change I’m tired of staying the same and feeling the same. Then I came back and finished it. I felt really good after and I felt proud of myself that I’m actually doing something instead of complaining about not having the body I want and working on myself. Update: I stopped doing this workout because I started going to the gym and I’m always sore so it kind of hard for me to workout and do this exercise but with school coming up I’m going to get back on it because I’ll go the gym less.

I run and do HIIT. This is one of the best cardio workouts I’ve done in a while!! I never thought I’d sweat like I did. Heart rate got up to 160! Burned 350 calories. Absolutely LOVED it🥰!!

Yayyyy I done workout fully. I started today night, and I can see a hell of sweat in my body. My dress is wet. Ofc I will update you all, every time I do this. I didn't measure my weight today since I'm in my grandparent's home. My guess is I weighed 77 kg last time. So my first target is 70 kg. Let's see what happens. I'm in my summer holiday too, so I'm free that I wl not miss this. Day 2 : completed👍 I wl inform you all every week, and I am not only doing this video exercise, Im doing three different types, 3 mile one day and 4 mile one day every morning and evening. And 2 mile every night after dinner for digestion. Day 3: done

I started losing weight by doing your workouts and then decided to challenge myself with other youtubers doing lots of floor exercises, hurt my arms and would be stressed and not really motivated to do harder workouts, got confused and gained weight back. Going to give it another go as it does not feel like I am working out and your smile keeps me motivated. I am going to stick to your worrkouts for a while

I did your 15-25 minute workouts daily for 3 months. Since this week I've been doing 45min-60min. And it works. Afterwards I am happy and energized, fit, powerful and lighter. I've lost 7 pounds so far Thank you sooooo much jo! 💙

i was searching for weight loss videos and then RU-vid recommended me this video.I really wanna loose my weight.my weight has increased to 187 pounds now due to sitting for whole day for studying and preparing for Post Graduate exams(I am a fresher medical doctor) I hope doing this exercise alone will help me to loose my weight since I only have an hour break every evening.

I absolutely love these workouts. I struggle so much to keep up with advanced HIIT workouts and these are so much easier for me. You had me sweating so hard with this one!!
