anyone july 2024? just curious , i started working out three weeks ago, 5-6 times a week. i havent weighed myself but my clothes fit way more better and some things are just loose now. my face also slimmed a lot. i switch up the workouts on the channel everyday to keep it fresh. just wanted to say tysm JO !! i feel like im working out with a friend, you really keep a girly sweating and happy!

Ive been doing this same workout for the past 2 weeks and I’m down 10 LBS! My goal is to get back to 145lbs from 190 currently. I know I will achieve the goal with the help of Jo! 🎉🎉🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Day 1 : completed ☑️ Day 2 : completed ☑️ Day 3 : completed ☑️ Day 4 : completed ☑️ Day 5 : completed ☑️ Day 6 : completed ☑️ Day 7 : completed ☑️ Day 8 : completed ☑️ Day 9 : completed ☑️ Day 10 : completed ☑️ Day 11 : completed ☑️ ( I lost one 2 inches from my thighs , it was 26 before now it's 24 ) Day 12 : completed ☑️ Day 13 : completed ☑️ Day 14 : completed ☑️ Day 15 : completed ☑️ Day 16 : completed ☑️ Day 17 : completed ☑️ Day 18 : completed ☑️ Day 19 : completed ☑️ Day 20 : completed ☑️ i missed 3 days, because of my exams . Day 21 : completed ☑️ Day 22 : completed ☑️ ( I met a friend yesterday, who i haven't seen in a very long time. He said , I'm looking a lot different and became skinny.) I'm so happy, thank you Jo . I won't stop, till i reach my goal . Day 23 : completed ☑️ Day 24 : completed ☑️ Day 25 : Update: I've been doing Jo's 1 hour long workouts , that's why I wasn't able to update here. From November 10 to Jan 5 ( today) I've only missed 6 to 7 days (without workout). The change is visible. I've lost around 7 kgs without diet . I wasn't in calorie deficit either. Somedays i ate normally, other days a little unhealthy . I guess calorie deficit is also important and i will be focusing on that too from now on .

I love going to women exclusive gym and book private workouts but I hate mirrors there are. Seeing yourself all red, unflattering, sweaty and struggling is very stressful not to mention the gorgeous fitness instructor standing there. Makes me feel insecure sometimes when in general I am not like that. Not to mention the music and the instructor filming reels to show her during her work time and you are practically her work. Yeah, too much to handle, when you can do things on your own pace at your own place FOR FREE.

I started this thinking, no way am I getting through all of it. Gave myself the goal of doing half. At the halfway point, I said I can do a little more. Then ended up pushing myself all the way to the end. I'm so proud! I feel great! Thank you!

Update everyone: I’ve been doing this workout+the 4.5 mile & 5 mile and the dancing workouts +arm workouts (I know a lot lol) for the past two weeks while also changing my diet and have lost 8 lbs and 2 inches off my waist and hips! I’m so happyyyy with my progress inside and outside!!! Thank you jo :))))

@@zahraardiany9699 oh no! Not all of them everyday 😭 i choose 2-3 workouts to do each day! Usually two intense walking workouts or an intense walking workout and an intense arm workout or dance. I like to switch them up so I don’t get bored and stay consistent

I have been doing this workout along with other workouts of yours and so far I’ve lost 34 pounds!! Mind you I started August, along with being in a calorie deficit and getting my 8hrs of sleep. I am so proud of myself for finally staying committed and slowly reaching my goals! I still have a long way to go but I’m not stopping anytime soon. 😝😝😝 Thanks Jo for everything that you do! ❤❤

@@kattykatty3712 it really doesn't matter which workout. If you eat properly and excersize, you will lose weight. If you are trying to build muscle, you gradually add weight. ❤

I am extremely grateful that my periods have returned after such a long time." I️ enjoyed this so much I️ didn't realize the workout was 50 MINUTES! I️ am so proud of myself and I️ was in here sweating and pushing myself. My starting weight was 253. Currently 210. Keeping this up I️ will be out of the 200's in no time, and get STRONGER and HEALTHIER! Thank you for your time and energy you give, YOU GIVE! THANK YOU! I started this workout on 10/06/2022. It was really enjoyable . I am from New Zealand and two months postpartum and planing to complete 100 days to get my body back. Today is my 10 th day without any rest. I will update my results weekly . This is the measurement of my belly. Lets do this guys. 10/06/2022 - completed (104.5cm) 11/06/2022- completed 12/06/2022 - completed 13/06/2022 - completed 14/06/2022 - completed 15/06/2022 - completed 16/ 06/ 2022 - completed (100.2 cm) 4.3cm lost in first week. 😍😍 17/06/2022 - completed 18/06/2022 -- completed 19/06/2022 - completed 20/06/2022 - completed 21/06/2022 - completed 22/06/2022 - rested 23/06/2022 - rested 24/06/2022 - rested ( 98.5 cm) 6cm lost after two weeks 😁

I had a stroke back in april at the age of 22 & I just tried this for the first time 🥺 I completely broke down midway but I ended up finishing. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow 💪🏼

53 minutes?!? I'm so proud of all you getting through this. I'm 130 pounds overweight, had 2 hip replacements, and my 62 yr old body ain't doing this. My calves hurt just watching it. You go girls! I'll be the one moving in painful slowmotion. ..when my 3 minutes are done.

I’m currently on day 4 and I can notice a huge difference in my stomach. I was really bloated and now my stomach is almost flat!! This workout is challenging but is definitely worth it as long as you are consistent. If anyone is wondering if it works IT DOES!!! Thank you Jo❤️

Hey folks, please dont pressure yourselves about the numbers (weight, size, etc). Even if i dont see much difference in numbers, i still keep workout routine. Because it helps me drink more water, sleep better at night, my skin looks clearer, i focus better during the day, improved mood, too. Overall better life these days since i begin workout over 1 month ago. Keep going, cheers.

I’m only two days into doing this, and I’m so scared I’m not gonna see results, but honestly this workout just makes me feel so refreshed and accomplished, so regardless of if I lose weight from this or not, I’m just proud of myself for taking care of myself and feeling good! 3 MONTH UPDATE: for people asking for how it’s going, starting this challenge literally triggered such an incredible change for me. I’ve NEVER been consistent with working out but something just clicked. I’ve been working out every day, I’m doing cardio, weights (targeting different parts of the body every day), yoga, walks, but mainly more intense physical exercise. I don’t look at my weight, nor do I measure (body dysmorphia), however, friends and family have said my arms look more toned, I’m lighter to pick up, my butt is beginning to develop some shape, thighs are a little bigger and stronger, and stomach isn’t flat however it is getting TONED. This is crazy. Otw to the dream body! 💪🏻

So excited! Started doing your walking workouts (the 3-4.5 mile ones) and in a month I lost 10 lbs! And this is coming from doing no exercise at all, almost sedentary lifestyle. I now try to get 15,000-20,000 steps a day. And I need something like this! For that stubborn mommy pouch situation I have going on. Thank you for these videos, they changed my life!!

I’m 63 years old , retired last year so I tried all kinds of walking exercises..cardio resistance with weights .. nothing works till I started doing your workout , big difference in one only week , lost five pounds right away and my abdominal girth is back to where it was at thirty years old .. you’re amazing , you’re smile is very infectious while exercising.. .. thanks

I’ve been battling with bulimia nervosa for 6 months, I’m 17 years old and about to graduate high school this month, I’ve lost 35 pounds doing this workout for 2-3 months, it’s amazing. Just know you aren’t alone and you can do it! Make sure to stay hydrated and consistently and self love is key! 💖

Hi, Jo! I came across this two days ago and decided to start on it yesterday. I'm a little overweight..over a couple of kgs. A few months ago we were victimized by a fire from our nextdoor neighborhood. The damages on our house and the trauma of it gave so much stress and emotional pressure to me. We lost so much, but God has helped us through so many people who helped us rebuild our home. I have always been conscious of my health as I'm very active and exercise everyday. So I decided 4 days ago to start exercising again. But with much months lost, I don't feel that strong anymore. I am so thankful for this video. Because of the pandemic, we really can't go out that much and I miss brisk walking. But this really got me moving. I got to 15 mins of it yesterday, as I felt some side cramps so I stopped. Now I got to get through half of the video. I hope I can do it for a couple of weeks then up to a month. I appreciate you a lot! God bless you!

I genuinely cant believe i finished it. This is legitimately the best workout and the hour flew by. I played a BTS workout playlist and the hour legit flew by. It was challenging but not obnoxiously so, with just enough rest periods. I feel amazing and accomplished. Cant wait to come back to this. Thank you so much.

Amazing result I did this work out about two weeks and still doing I lose about three kg and also makes my face slim and reduced my double chin this workout is life changing for me I am doing this work out until to reach my goal 💃💃💃. Two weeks ago 73.7kg. Now 71.0 kg I will update after two more weeks 😘

@@Olga-ig7fw you're able trust me. One day at a time. Now that you have started don't look at your weight (scale) for those two weeks. I will do the same. You and I will reach our target goal, my darling. Let's make sure we wake up and do it again tomorrow. It'll be my 2nd day. I'll be doing it at 6am. Set achievable hour for yourself too. For the sake of accountability I have yo practise what I do professionally hahaha! I am a Goals Director and an Accountability Coach.

I don’t think I’ve ever commented on a fitness video before and I’ve watched (and even done) a lot of them. This was THE BEST. I was excited when I realized you weren’t talking all through it so I turned your music down and put on some Kpop. (This is pretty fun while listening to “Back Door” by Stray Kids.) Thank you for that mirror so I can see that I’m doing things correctly. Thank you for showing me what’s coming next. Thank you for reminding me to engage my abs by placing a hand on your stomach-a gentle but necessary reminder. Thank you for the countdown timer. Thank you for making it mighty obvious what the active rest move should be so that when I needed a little break I could do it before pushing through. This was my first workout w you but I’ll be back! Perfect to start this month of July I’m 25 years old height 5’3 Day 1: 187lbs Day 7: I weighed in today 182.6 🥳🥳 so motivated keep going Day 14: 182.4 slowed down this week wasn’t feeling great but I will continue a non scale victory fitting in pants size 8 Day 21: 177.4 😃 I finished the month and I weigh 173 lbs all I got to say it’s amazing now I’m try the other videos 😁 Hi 👋🏼 I’m back I’m 165 lbs I will be checking in every week of September 😄

Late to the party 🙋🏻‍♀️ but I just did this whole workout (3 months postpartum to my 2 child) while my 4 year old ran circles around me. And I am so proud of myself. This was hard!! I’m on a 50lb weight loss journey and I’ve just begun to take it seriously these past 2 weeks. And while I’m not perfect, I’m committed. I’ll be 31 next week and that’s the last birthday I want to celebrate being out of shape. That’s my promise to myself. And side note, it’s SO NICE to watch a fitness instructor actually friggin sweat. I don’t see many videos of workouts with the person sweating and I really don’t know how. I sweat while looking at the weather app in the summer while still indoors in an air conditioned room, it’s that bad.

Okay so I’m gonna update every day Height: 5’6, Age 18 ✅DAY 1- 123lbs, completed the whole workout! ✅DAY 2- 122.8 lbs, all I’m gonna say is DONT DO THIS WORKOUT FASTED!!! (It makes it soooooo much harder, today was harder than yesterday) ✅DAY 3- 122.8lbs, it’s getting easier and I feel more fit already. ✅DAY 4- 122.6, wanted to skip today but i powered on through! ✅DAY 5- 122.6 Really hard today as i was at work and on my feet all day but i still did it ✅DAY 6- 122.7 Skipped today because I was busy at work, but will stay consistent from now on!

I absolutely loved this workout!! It’s a little challenging with my balance with some moves but also really doable, I was actually surprised I finished the entire thing the first time around. I plan on doing the longer videos with her everyday, not specifically one video but a variety of many. I’ll be tracking my weight and progress on here. I also noticed that she was a Christian, I do the scripture reading warm up stretches along with the workout to calm myself down and prepare my body. Let’s get into it!!! Starting weight is 174.9, goal weight is 125. Day 1, done ☑️

hi everyone. I did the exercises with Pamela for a year, and my body has changed. But after a month with joy, the effects are omg! more spectacular. First of all, they burn fat tissue very quickly! Let's face it... the body after pregnancy is completely different, each body is different, but I think that joy is one of us... I identify with her more. I am so glad that i find you ❤️ I will stay 4ever 🎉🎉

@@sukh941 heyyy! UPDATE: I did this continuously for 2 weeks without diet. I've lost 3.5 kgs. Stopped cause had my internal exams in between. Back to the routine now. After a few trys this workout gets easy, but I'd have to be more consistent from now on!!!

I had a Knee injury and its a lot better, but gained 10 pounds of what i lost, so this time going to try doing Walking workouts instead of HIIT workouts. I love her energy..its amazing. You keep going as well. Im aiming for 30 days of non stop exercise. Im just finished Day 7. Thank you Jesus!!!

Workout complete! Here are my stats: 5,804 steps 565 calories burned 1.97 miles Hope this helps. I plan to complete the entire walking playlist then add my stats. I find it extremely helpful. EDIT: So I just completed this workout again this morning to compare my results. Here are my stats: 5,6017 Steps 576 calories burned (Results are pretty close) I'm using a Fitbit Versa 2 to track my results and I set the watch to Walk. Hope this helps. 🙂 EDIT: So, I decided to come back to this workout since it is one of my faves to compare my results. I've lost 15 pounds since the last time I did this workout and I'm in way better shape now. I was 215lbs and my goal weight is 190lbs. Here are my results: 5,408 Steps 649 Calories burned. I've been trying a ketogenic diet for the past month. I'm not as consistent with this diet as I would like to be, but overall I'm making healthier choices (with a few cheat meals/snacks 😬).

Okay, the thing is, I am not good at following challenges, I leave it just too fast. So I will challenge myself to do this for 3 days now, let's see if I can do it! Day 1 (03/12/2022): ✅ Done. I'm really proud that I could do it all, even though I felt exhausted. Day 2 (04/12/2022): ✅ I did just 20 minutes, but I did more exercises during the day so I’m still proud of it! Day 3 (05/12/2022): ✅ Done. I did all the exercises and got help from my mom lol. It was funny to do it and I am happy to say that I completed my challenge. I will try to do it for more days!! Day 4 (06/12/2022): ✅ I did just 25 minutes, but I had 1 hour of volleyball too. My mom did the workout with me today 😄 Day 5: (07/12/2022): Break ➡ I'm now 70,8kg

I have not worked out in 3-4 months and really want to improve my cardio and get in better shape. I saw someone else do your workout on YT and it looked fun so I forced myself out of bed and finished the whole workout to my surprise! It was challenging, fun, and effective! Especially since I hate being off beat so I had to push through! Ive had serious injuries and surgery on both my knees so I was so happy to find a fun low impact workout. Thanks so much! Journey to 175lbs here we go! Currently 210!

I've done Jo's workouts for a month now and it's insane how much my stamina has increased. One month ago I could barely get through a 15 minute dance workout and today I finished this 50 minute workout plus the 10-minutes warm up and 10-minutes cool down. I'm so grateful for Jo's videos, I'm actually having fun working out for the first time in my life.

1 Feb I was 51kg and I'm 23 year old 6 Feb = completed workout (25 min because I was tired after long vacation) 7 Feb = completed 8 Feb = completed 9 Feb = completed 10 Feb = completed 11 Feb = Sunday rest 🤭 12 Feb = did this for 25 min and other workout for 15 min 13 Feb = skip because of Ganpat festival 14 Feb = completed 15 Feb = did it for 15 min coz I had to cook dinner 16 Feb = did it for 25 min I went to function 17 Feb = completed 18 Feb = did another one for half hour 19 Feb = skip because of shiv jayanti 20 Feb = completed Will continue to note my journey

First time completing the entire workout today. My body is getting healthier and healthier every day. Thank you so much for creating these videos. They are perfect for those like me who had surgery a few months ago. My doctor is going to be so proud of my progress when I go see him Friday 😀

I'm loving this workout. I'm obese and nothing made me enjoy exercising, because everything was so much more intense than I could handle and it was damaging my injuries. Not this workout! Not only did my knee stop hurting, it got stronger. In 5 days I've lost 3kg just doing this workout 1 or 2 times a day. I loved . I will keep it as my daily workout. edit: I came here to add my results: After 1 month of doing it sporadically to get used to the routine and 3 months of doing it every day, I lost ~18 kg / 39,... lb. Of course I started to eat better too and that sped up the process. I also left a caloric deficit that boosted everything, mainly because I exercise in the morning on an empty stomach. But in the first month I didn't eat anything different or deficit and I lost 4kg/8.8lbs from exercise only. I highly recommend this workout, because it's easy for any body, being difficult only in the first 2 weeks because the body is not used to it. My fitness has improved a lot, my metabolism is high and I will probably lose even more weight. The training is long, but after the person picks it up, it flies by. Today I can't not do this workout in the morning and it gives me enormous energy. (Yes, I just do it and stretch later)

My thighs are big as fuck and i wanna wear jeans but i can't. I want to lose weight everywhere in my body. Does this workout session help burn overall body fat?

@@sista363 both, but focuses more on the belly and back. I've been doing it for 3 months and my body has lost a lot of weight, so the legs too, together, but if you want something localized or more intense for your legs, I recommend doing something else. If you want to lose more in your legs, you may not have as much result.

I know this is totally unrequired but try taking collagen for knees. There are also studiest that say people who take collagen build more muscle.

I’m pretty young, only 14 and I love this workout! I’m a little overweight so I wanna become healthier and feel better about myself. THANK YOUUUU☺️🎀💗 DAY1: Felt hard but got through it, felt more motivated to keep going DAY2: Felt a little bit faster and easier, enjoyed the water breaks😭😂 From what I remember.. DAY3: got easier DAY4: lost motivation DAY5: saw good results, lost 10 pounds, mostly because im also going on a diet DAY6-10: Kept going the same, was motivated DAY11-12: only did half, got tired and needed a break Day13: saw more progress and lost around 19-20 lbs total, but decided to take a break😛 START: Around 142 lbs NOW: 122.4 lbs

Wow Day 1: I did the whole 53mins . I’m going to do this every morning and do my weight lifting in the evening. That was a workout!! So far I’m down 27lbs and going for more :)

I’m thinking about writing down my progress here as a motivation for me to keep working out. DAY 1 (30/06/2023): current weight: 67 kg. I could only do 20 minutes of this workout. It makes me realise how out of shape I am at the moment. I already feel a bit energised, so I’m gonna take a few breaks and complete this workout. I PUSHED THROUGH AND I COMPLETED IT!!!!! I’m so proud of myself right now, and I’m proud of everyone who struggled but is pushing through it. DAY 2 (01/07/2023): I accidentally started doing another 3 mile workout and halfway through it,i seriously can't breathe, but I'm gonna catch my breath and then finish it. SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED!! ( with just one break other than the water break) DAY 3 (02/07/2023): ✅️ (without taking any extra breaks, but I was struggling to hold my breath for a long time after i finished it) DAY 4 (03/07/2023): ✅ DAY 5 (04/07/2023): ✅ It’s only been 5 days but I can already feel that my stamina has increased!!! DAY 6 (05/07/2023) : ❌️ DAY 7 (06/07/2023): ✅️ DAY 8 (07/07/2023): ✅ DAY 9 (08/07/2023): ✅ I went on a vacation and gained everything i had lost🥹🥹🥹 so let's start all over again🥹🥹🥹🥹 tomorrow is day one, again...

I recently recovered from covid 19, gained 4 kgs ....I tried other workouts too but couldn't continue because of weakness, then I found this, today did this workout, I could complete it. I feel so positive. So from today onwards I'm gonna continue this workout. Current weight : 61kgs , Goal : 50kgs Day 1: ✓

I am busy recovering from a knee operation. I can't wait to start with these exercises! Hopefully end July. I'm getting married in September and i still have that lower belly fat to loose 🤞🏼

Just finished full workout! Im 5’8” and 190lbs and burned 498 cals, 4,300 steps, and walked 1.83 miles according to my Fitbit during this workout. Definitely recommend!!
