Good morning my dear young men thank you so much I really needed this program today I’m doing a few of your programs I’m going to start this today I had back surgery 2017 and my upper back is very weak 30 minute on my feet and my back arch forward what movement can be done to strengthen my upper back thank you love for you program have a good day 🌈🙏🇦🇺🐨🦘👍🏻

Maybe practice level 1 then, and eventually when that's to easy, pass to level 2, ecc.

I like your exercises but could the noise be a little toned down? So loud....

Your voice is competing with the background noise, can’t even call it music. So distracting!! The background noise is NOT needed!! 👎
