I am not a person suffering from insomnia problem. Retired from service 6 yrs ago. It's a routine to finish my dinner berfore 7.30 pm. Everyone will have tension and stress. If any thought prevents me from falling asleep, I simply lie on my bed and keep concentrating in inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. In no time, I will be asleep. Tnq mam for the video.

I too suffered from insomnia few years back.. Then I joined Bihar school of yoga.. Excellent teacher..he taught Surya namaskar.. Then it cured me completely.. I still miss him.. I believe he is somewhere in Bangalore..now.
