My dad was 4 inches shorter than me at my age (I'm 5'10 and 15 in a week) and he's 5'11, I'd like to be 6'2 or 6'3. A couple of months ago I started to have good habits, I eat a lot now (like 3,000 calories a day, and eggs, chiken, fruit and vegetables), I sleep a lot (9 - 10 hours a day) and I do a lot of sport, I play basketball. My grandpa was a late bloomer, he started to grow when he was 19. Wish me luck folks, I hope everyone here hits his/her desired height.😃 Pd: sorry for my english, I'm from Spain xd.

Hey MaoMao, I’m 14 turning 15 in 5 months. I am 5,7 and a half with my mom being 5’3 and my dad is around 5’8. In one of your other videos you mentioned people in the age range of 10-14 not to lift, does this apply to me? Also how tall do you think I can become my uncle is 6’2 btw just to add that I do have at least one person above six foot in my genetics lmao. I sleep around 9-10 hours a night and I play basketball and tennis.
try your best to sleep around 10 get into bed at about 9:40 if you cant sleep just take a shit ton of sleeping pills and continue this strictly until you can naturally fall asleep and yea it will affect your height maybe by like a few inches never be sleep late
@@Offyourself21 no don't do this, starting on sleeping pills is bad as you will then rely on this to fall asleep and once you try not to use them it will be near impossible to fall asleep again
@@wealthvision-k5ei think your body becomes more proportionate as you grow older, also i’m pretty sure the legs grow before your spine so i think you’ll be fine.
if your knee growth plate is closed than your problem is that your too old 21+ but its fine because u can do stretches for spine growth and intake some vitimins just do your reasearch
im 18 and i grew from 5'6 to almost 5'8 (174) , my dad, my brother and all my cousins, grandparents and uncles are over 6 foot (181) but my mum is 4'9 (150), am i gonna be over 5'10?
Don't give up streching and exercising, any genes of of our relatives always remain dormant within us so there's no telling when it will activate and increase your height. Just don't give up your hopes

My height insecurity is messing up my self esteem. My mother is 5 foot 9 and my father is 6 foot 2, however, I am 5 foot 8(173cm) with a wingspan of 190cm at 17(male). This makes me feel like a failure because it seems that i cant supersede my father. It also doesn't help that almost every male in my region is 6 foot+ so the girls dont look my way even though i have a respectable physique.
Hey bro,if you want to get taller you need to take calcium supplements,vitamin d 3 supplements and zinc.take them from the pharmacy and inshalla you will be taller,and stretch:hanging on a bar for 30 min and do other stretches like cobra stretch and others,but hanging is very important because you are resisting gravity

Im 15 years and 4 months, and I still have no armpit hair and havent hit my growth spurt. Im injured right now and cant play basketball. you will get taller if you stop worrying abt it so much man, dont worry and trust the process. you're doing almost everything, tall people aren't focused on getting tall, the height just comes naturally. take supplements ig for the calcium part
hair does not mean your not growing taller it has nothing to do with growing actually, but it does show that your going thru puberty maybe you haven't hit it yet? you know people grow at different ages like 19 or 18 or up to 21 getting lots of sleep, good nutrition, stretching, drinking lots of milk everyday, and playing lots of basketball everyday will help out a lottt try it for 7 years consistently because thats where usally everyone stops growing at 21

I am not doctor but my advice would be sprint as much as possible half of every RU-vid tutorial on how to grow taller will tell you sprinting spikes growth hormone and load up on a calcium rich diet and take a vitamin d supplement but be careful with supplements

Im 16, (turned 16 a month ago), im 6'0 in the mornings and about 5'11 in the evenings, i just hit a growth spurt and it started around mid july or august, and i went from 5'6.9 to 6'0.3 this whole year, and still growing and im still in my first growth spurt, so i think i will be around 6'3 or 6'5 since im still into my first growth spurt and my uncles were pretty tall, they were 6'3-4, 6'3-4, and even one at 6'8, so i think i have a high chance to reach 6'3 or 6'5, since most of my family members grew till 18 or 19. And i pretty much prove my doctor wrong since when i had a appointment she used a calculator which its a stupid method in my opinion, and it said 6 feet but i pretty much proved the caculator wrong since im a lil over 6 feet in the mornings, and still growing and still into my first growth spurt, so i will be around 6'3 or 6'5, since those are a good height and realistically.
