I tried your fajita recipe, I made them for my sister and my mom who is vegan. Everybody said they were delicious. 😋 I’ll use these again for my vegan days!
thanks for the video! Although I dont like mac n cheese in general, I like the other two recipes. Mushroom gyros is great. Oyster mushrooms have perfect texture for gyros either fried or baked. You would have to make a gyros spice mix, usualy containing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, thyme, little coriander seed powder and maybe celery salt
Those fajitas look amazing! Definitely gonna try those out sometime. I've been too nervous to work with the huge mushroom caps but I think this can be my first shot.
What an idea w the tapioca in the Mac and cheese powder, def doing that. I can never be assed to do cashew based and don’t always have cheese in for roux style

I’m not very old but I am a grumpy vegan loooll. I appreciate the vid I’m so lazy I just eat garlic bread and rice most of the time but I’ll try the Mac and cheese for sure !!
I always struggle with the tortillas - how do I know they are vegan? Every time I go to the grocery store and check the ingredients they are full of different E-numbers that may or may not be vegan. It's always so confusing
I tried the instant mac with and without the sazon and wow it really makes a difference. Without sazon, it tasted a little too rameny. The yeast extract and the other spices in the sazon really transform it closer to that erzats vegan cheese flavor. Ill definitely put it on my roux based macs going forward.
Can't wait to try the Mac & Cheese powder. I've found a recipe that we love but it's pretty time consuming so I'm curious how this compares. I'd sure love to find something that perfectly clones the blue box kind for those days when nothing else will do!
How dare you come up with such an amazing instant mac and cheeze recipe?! I made this the night this video dropped and was blown away. Made a giant mason jar’s worth of the powder and made it again with a pound of pasta the next day and am having it for lunch every day this week. And honestly by using whole grain pasta, some soy curls for extra protein, and subbing the butter with some canola oil you have given me the ability to enjoy one of my favorite foods of all time in a fairly guilt-free way. Thank you so much for making all of these amazing videos! 😄🫶
The instant mac is a freaking awesome idea, thanks dude! I never seasoned my tofu powder, I've been resorting to having a "marinade" that I cook the tofu in until it dries up and the tofu's absorbed it all, then frying it. I'll try your method and hopefully that saves me the long step, I just can't stand the inside being flavorless. You definitely nailed it with the cube size too!
