Thanks for the logical Video,I am at my limit with the pain, and will be searching for the therapist you described. I, in the past have had my share of incompetent Therapists who actually made me much worse. This video has given me an Avenue to research as for the Grade 5. Thanks again, and have a Great Day!
I have knee arthritis and my back burns so bad, when I walk or drive I’m in so much pain, sometimes I can’t move for a day or two from doing activity, I often hunch or lean just to get some relief from the pain, I’m wandering if I have arthritis in my spine or stenosis
I have bulging disks from c1 to l5 s1. An old compression fracture at l4 with severe arthritis and bone spurs on facets. August 2021 I now have spinal spondylosis and stenosis bilateral more on the left I have done chiropractors, physical therapy, cortinzone injections and even nerve ablation. Now I m on to antidepressant and nerve pain blockers. I also have severe arthritis in both feet, graves disease and fibromyalgia now too. Any suggestions.....
@myrnak04 I would ease into yoga (DDP Yoga is amazing) & try either the Keto or Carnivore Diet as those can really help reduce inflammation which is your #1 enemy.
You are assuming you can walk! Too much pain. I"m a cyclist but have been told that aggravates bulging disc because of flexion position on road bike. I"m an active 66 year old cycling 3000 miles a year and weight work but have been laid up 3 months. MRI shows Bulging disc at L2 -3 with stenosis as well as degenerative issues..Core work, Chiro, PT, inversion table and massage no help. Pain in hip, numbness in quads, pain in glutes and pain in hamstrings. Now considering surgery...any suggestions?
@@gladischoueifati8209 Its a bit of a long story! No surgery and doing well. Rode over 3000 miles last year. I would say I'm 98% .That should give you hope! Decided to disregard some of the physician advice and try a different approach. I probably would have to actually talk to you in order to lay out the treatment protocol I pursued. If you want to send me your email I can give you my contact info and details. Wishing you the best. Wish I had gone with my instincts from the start! But as they say :hindsight ehhh! Don't give up hope.
@@frosth7139 Actually what helped the most was riding my bike on an indoor trainer. Also incorporated McKenzie exercises for disc and core strengthening exercises. As I said in the comment above its a bit of a long story to give details.
Wait why do only 10% of therapists know how to treat this? Almost everyone has some degree of these three things as we age. We ALL need hands on therapy. Otherwise it's just a person standing there telling you to exercise. Duh. We know we need to exercise. That will be 200 dollars. See you next appointment when I stand here and tell you to exercise and you pay me again
