OMG, that last one was something I needed to hear. I have so many hobbies, interests and a desire to learn that I forget that sometimes really focusing on one thing (like a career cough cough) is important.
Another great video! We can tell that you're becoming more comfortable in front of the camera because your personality is coming out more. Keep it up brotha ✊
Those are HARD. Though, I also believe they're healthy habits/mindsets for us. (Infj) This video inspired me to follow those tips in order to improve my lifestyle so thanks. Also, my intj friend started exercisibg and they always tell me how it made them feel so much better and more connected to their body. Recommend.
Was that Pai Mei I saw? Haha great video. I’m 30 and not sure exactly whether I’m INTJ or INFJ but regardless, your top 3 are gold. I did a lot of learning in my life and have landed on those same points as well. If anyone watching this is younger this is great advice. Honestly if you can put it as one it’s just get out of your head and do something worthwhile. For me as an example, I decided to get into fitness as my one thing and have completely transformed myself. It’s been the best thing I’ve ever done, I’m extremely strong, healthy, more confident, clothes fit better, people treat me better, I work better and I’m less stressed. All huge wins. As fitness is steady state now, my current pursuit is giving up gaming for reading nonfiction and although I still have desire to go buy a PS5 because the new games look great, I’m really growing fond of reading because I always come out of it having learned something useful about life. A worthwhile trade so far. A quote I like a lot that I learned recently: “It’s not enough to just be right, you have to be effective.”
Oh it was a joke ? I though we really have a programming in us. "Especially if you are someone that sits around and writes RU-vid scripts." I am feel concerned 😊I agree, moving, do sensory activities like sport, build the connections in my mind, give me ideas (too much ideas), and help with neurotransmitters (Dopamine, etc...) Mind and Body function together like Intuition and Sensing do ^^. Great advice ! The 3rd is the most difficult to follow.
