It’s very simple, you don’t have to play mind games. Just focus on your purpose and if she wants to be apart of it, then she will make the time. She will sense your energy and fall in line naturally because women want a leader. When you’re living in your purpose is when you’re the most attractive.

E.g., she does something for you, and you say "Thanks, you are actually pretty cool". When she 'earns' the compliment, it makes it sweeter for her and she gets in the habit of trying to please you in order to earn more compliments or interest from you. Complimenting is a good thing, but not when she hasn't really earned it. That just cheapens it and it cheapens you in her eyes. For example, when Simon Cowell gives a standing ovation, that is more valuable than when your mother gives you one -- even if you like your mother more than Simon Cowell. Another thing is that it is difficult to correct your own needy behaviour, as she is not used to you being confident and self-respecting. When she complains about you being a dick (actually just confident and self-respecting), be less emotional than her. Don't complain about her behaviour (calling her a bitch). Rather, give her an out/excuse for her bad behaviour. For e.g., "I know you really wanted me to do that, and you had a rough day with a lot of stress. It's ok". This implicitly calls her on her emotional behaviour, and it sets the 'frame' as her being in the wrong, without being aggressive toward her. Excellently said. It all starts with you and how you view yourself. Funny thing I was actually going with a woman sometime ago, and she had had major self-esteem issues. She would always talk down about herself, and alike, which really troubled me because I genuinely liked her, so I would try to say and do things that would help to raise her self-esteem, or at least to let her know how I felt about her, and I even would get on her for talking down about herself in my presence, telling her that I didn't like it. Well not only did she blow me off when I was trying to compliment her, but she also implied that I was stupid for thinking that of her. Sadly that's when I realized that as long as she would continue to have that self-deprecating belief, that there was nothing that I could ever say or do that would convince her otherwise.

i'm usually the nice guy and I have done some much for this one girl this past few months and now we dont even text anymore, the last msg from her was to congratulate me on my birthday I sent a reply but she didn't reply. And their was a other guy in the picture as well. And I must say this gives me hope to listen to this video and for the future not to be in the exact same situation again whereby I felt I lost my power and value with this girl. Re the first point, apparently there was a study done at Stanford Uni and they found that a woman's mating response in the amygdala (in her brain) is triggered by acts of service. So it's apparently a real thing, and it's recommended that you ideally get her doing things for you as soon as possible after you meet her. Even if it starts out with things like asking her to hold your drink for a second, while you do something (like go to the bathroom, or get your phone out, etc). If it's someone you're in a relationship with, do things like ask her to get you a coffee, or bring you the newspaper or whatever, if say you're sitting down and she's up. I was on the right track but there were a few little things that made sense, otherwise it was just nice being reaffirmed on what i was doing right. You dont have to change who you are, just having some of Bobbys knowledge and affirmation, gives you the extra confidence. This only works if you’re desireable in the first place. I’ve met women in all walks of life from women on the street, to meeting at a supermarket to a club to meeting through family. The psychological phenomenon that Bobby is referring to at 3:08 is called, "Cognitive Dissonance", and is a great tool to keep in your arsenal. In a nutshell, cognitive dissonance is when person has a problem trying to reconcile their thoughts with their actions, especially when the two aren't matching up. In this example, the girl hasn't decided whether or not she LIKES you yet. A normal person would never find themselves running errands or doing other favors for someone unless they had some sort of bond with them. It's easier to just convince oneself that they are BONDED with the person, rather than reconcile the notion that they are expending time and resources for someone they DON'T like. Them LIKING you dispels the contradictory thoughts they might be having, which pushes them to become more attracted to you.
Cognitive dissonance is not a good thing for anyone to be subjected to. The whole premise of CD is having to carry out actions that directly contradict your self interests and moral compass. Not only that but the situation you are depicting implies that she be in an age tic state with the man being the legitimate authority. I con not stress enough how wrong this is, that causing emotional turmoil to your partner is justified instead of, oh I don't know, actually talking and communicating. So no, knowing how to emotionally manipulate your partner for your personal benefit and gain through cognitive dissonance is not a good tool to have in your arsenal.

Well, I think it’s about having confidence and faith in yourself and not being a doormat. You don’t have to explain yourself if you are confident that your actions have integrity and are good. There’s nothing wrong with saying “I’m sorry” if you did something to genuinely hurt someone. If someone doesn’t apologize for that, that would make me angry. Also, if a guy is taking advantage and says he will call me back tomorrow (when he could have that night), I would probably say “No, please don’t. I’ll call you in a few days.” But this is from the female perspective (if I think a guy is being disrespectful). In any event, I think it’s hard to turn a situation around by playing games. I think once a person gets stronger and stronger within his or herself, it becomes a lot easier to not take any bull crap. But I appreciated this video on what it does look like when a person values his or herself and has high integrity. Hello gang. Could use some opinions... Was dating a gal recently about 15 yrs younger than me. went on about 6 dates in a row. I was playing it cool. Not clingy or groping at her. Thats when I realized that her communication was pretty slack so I took 1 night and nicely but confidently told her that I have boundaries that I have in place even if we were not xclusively dating. She said ok but had been drinking a lot.
