Ciao, no the pasta with the rolling pin is super soft, made by hand. Only with the machine you can fold a pass with the rools in iron to make it thiner. With the rolling pin you just have to rool to have a very special soft delicate and extensible pasta. If you fold with the rolling pin is not possible to have a very thin sheet. Try and let me know!
