Thank you for showing how to roll pasta by hand in so much detail. I wish i had watched this before i tried. Next time will be much better pasta now. 😊

You don’t fold the pasta on itself and put it through the machine again it make it a bit harder?

Ciao, no the pasta with the rolling pin is super soft, made by hand. Only with the machine you can fold a pass with the rools in iron to make it thiner. With the rolling pin you just have to rool to have a very special soft delicate and extensible pasta. If you fold with the rolling pin is not possible to have a very thin sheet. Try and let me know! My pasta breaks and gets all sticky when I start rolling. How do I fix it?

Ciao Karim, probably because the dough is too soft! In this case you need to add a lot of flour while rolling, or next time, making the dough a little bit hard (like the palm of your hand…) 👍🏼 let me know! Ciao!
