Man, how on earth are you still making such videos? It goes to show that people are truly lazy and do not know how to be creative and listen the first time around (your previous videos). Good vid. I live in Harrisonburg VA and in one week my boss lost 3 employees. Im starting my own construction company the other guy left to start his own company and the other guy hated his job. My boss has such bad communication and negative in the business he didn't know about. If i could add one keep positive up in the company.

contractor "Yeah we got a cool culture, our foreman posts to instagram 3 times a day, and our logo looks good on a hoodie" potential employee: "what about pay/benefits" contractor: "we can offer you about the same as the dude making coffee down the street, and a hoodie with our badass brand logo on it" potential employee: "I'm here to make money to support my family and pay my bills. And I don't give a fuck about how many instagram followers you have, or your dumb shit logo" contract: "but the guy on RU-vid..." We have a labor shortage to the like of which we've never seen in this industry. To think solving it requires instagram posts, brand, and culture is very shortsighted. Those 3 things aren't going to find you seasoned journeymen, just doofuses. Benefits, Pay, and Quality Management will attract quality guys who like to build structures, not followers.

it's all cool and motivating but the bottom line is the bottom line , a good guy is not cheap and he has to make more than enough money to pay bills , food , dr. bills and not just money for coffee donuts and gas to get to work, he is not a beast at your disposal that everything he does is to function to serve the company , a good worker is worth his good pay and constant bonuses , pep talks and pats on the back are cheap, because they will see the big ass house and the big ass truck and boat the boss is rocking , maybe some more talk on the universal incentive for the tradesmen, MONEY.
