You need to imagine that you have a belly and tell the postures. People who have belly cant get the posture you said. Aasanas are correct but the postures should be customised to suit a person who has belly.

0:20 uttanasana 1:43 dandasana 3:13 naukasana Since you are very detail oriented, can you clarify what time of day and when is not a good time to do Yoga. I understand I should be doing it at around the same time everyday for best results, but I cannot stick to that schedule but still do not want to skip it. TIA.💐💐

Spot reduction is not possible they are fooling us simply do skipping and jogging to lose belly fat these are more effective than these so called targeted fat loss exercise

Hello, thank you,you taught to do the boat pose so easily, earlier I couldn't raise from the floor to the posture,but from sitting position it's easier, especially with abdomen fat, thank you,to begin with I am able to hold the posture for 5 counts,

I am in love with you Vandana Ma'am. Your guidance is so easy to follow with exact right amount of information. I just make a request here to the channel, to make a beginners to advanced level yogasana for weight loss and toning. there are also many videos here but not assembled. Also apart from making 7 to 10.minutes video of many postures if it is possible to do a guided lesson of 30 to 45 mins the proper warm up, asanas, stretching, that would be very helping.

I think the dhanda asana is wrong. The hip should be little bit down to make your body high at shoulder and gradually come down at your feet
