Dear anyone reading this: if you don't feel happy about yourself or your body right now, you need to know that you're beautiful and someone out there is crazy about you. Smile! Life is too short to be unhappy. Changes can always be made, but accept you for you in this moment. You are more than the body you live in. (There's often a lot of negative body image/sad thoughts revolving around fitness videos on RU-vid - I hope this helps at least one of you)

Hey guys! I completed this video for 30 days and let me tell you IT WORKS. I have pretty thick thighs and I wanted to tone them and this video made that happen. All I did in addition was some cardio throughout the week and I tried to lower my calorie intake. IF YOURE READING THIS KEEP GOING IT WILL BE WORTH IT!

nothing is wrong with being stick thin, especially when some of us are genetically stick thin and trying to gain weight and "take care" of ourselves as best we can, hence why I suggested weight gaining tips :/ popsters are better than to bash skinny girls.

***** nothing is wrong at all but we also have to make sure that muscle level and fat level are In normal settings. So I agree with you we must gain in muscle and lose fat (in a healthy way;water and exercise and eat healthy)

TheEveryDayAngel I don't mind Freelee, but I can not stand Durianrider. She's much better and nicer when he isn't around to influence what she's saying. I think Freelee looks great, not anorexic at all, she's got a ton of muscle.

***** If I had to choose, I would go with Freelee's diet (maybe not so intense and fruit-heavy) instead of Cassey's, but honestly, people just need to go with what makes them feel the healthiest and happiest. I've been enjoying Freelee's videos much more now that she's moved away from Durianrider and they see each other only every so often. I'm all for constructive criticism, but he's just so mean.

This is my 17th day doing this workout. my legs are definitely more toned. I am a taller person with long legs and im wellbuilt and a bit muscular. The inside of my legs is a lot thinner. Im still waiting to see more results in my upper inner thigh but ive only gone through half of the month. I recommend this to everyone, your thighs will be awesome when you do this! thanks so much cassey i love you ! (btw im not following the calander, im doing this whole video every day) UPDATE: Finished 30 days and my legs are slimmer and super toned i love them they look like runner legs! dont get discoUrageD guys you are doing this for yourself and your body, PUSH THROUGH IT

+Hannah Thomso yeah i have seen very good results, i did it for about 25 days. i dont have a thigh gap because im naturally of leaner build because jm so tall. but if you work really hard i think you can get it. ive also been doing the 10 minute thigh gap video by phsyce truth and tha helps alot.

+Hannah Thomso yeah my legs are definitely noticeably thinner, they look a lot more tones and my lower inner thigh curves inwards nicely, my jeans look better on me, i would recommend stretching afterwards to prevent muscle from building up

GUYS!! if you want a toned thigh you should no MUST DO THIS WORKOUT!! i did it for two weeks and i can see a huge difference! This is my first time do a workout for a two weeks straight and i am not even regret it the result was amazing!! Everybody telling me that's my thighs got smaller and toned iam really happy about the results thank you so much.!!

Hana Rose I was in the exact situation, I was 13 5'2 and weighed 155 lbs...3 years later I am still 5'2 and now weigh 125 lbs. YOU CAN DO THIS! JUST DON'T GIVE UP! by the way, you will probably lose the first half to 3/4 of the extra weight pretty quickly and then the next part gets a little hard to take off...of course there are other things like diet and just your overall lifestyle that are factors to weight loss....but the main point of what I am saying is DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED! Hana Rose Oh my goodness! this is super weird. When I started Blogilates at the end of December 2014, I was EXACTLY your age, weight, AND height. I now have lost over 20 pounds and am turning 14 at the end of June. so if I can do it, you can too! keep going! "You're not finished, until you stop trying."

This was the first blogilates video i ever did, 5 months ago. My life has changed completely. I am so happy and so grateful to have pilates (and cardio, of course!) in my life now and it's crazy how different i am. Thank you so much Cassey :)) By the way, I used to have trouble with this video and now it was actually very easy for me. I am so much stronger lol! Please can you tell me how did you lose your weight?I'm on my 4th day of working out and I just feel like I'm getting fatter(doing 40minutes cardio and eating healthy)?Did you mix cardio and this workout because that's what I wanna do but I'm so scared that it's not going to work out:(

Hi. Can I share something with you guys? Because I'm so happy with the result. Actually I was doing this but stopped at the 20th day because I was so busy. Then I tried my lil sis' jeans (my mum bought it for me but in wrong size so I just gave to my sis) And now I can fit it! I used to wear size 31 jeans but I can fit that size 28. I'm so excited and happy!! Thanks to you, Cassey. I will start again after I settle down all my works *-*

Who else does Cassey's workouts with long sleeved cozy pyjamas, house slippers (long sleeved cozy pyjamas and house slippers in the WINTER only, not in the summer), and instead of a yoga mat, you do it on your bed?

***** Not my fault that i'm skinny and whatever i do on the floor (like carpet, thick blanket....) i hurt my bones (spine, hip bone...) cause since i'm skinny it hurts (btw im 10 yrs old and we have a cement floor so it hurts more)

the reason working out on your bed is so bad is because yours bed is soft and that's where all the pressure goes so you're not actually getting the effects of the workout. you can buy thick yoga mats really cheap and some places like craigslist, people "sell" them for free if the floor hurts your bones too much. hope this helps 😊

I did leg swings without holding onto the wall and felt so proud omg I'm amazed at how much I'm accomplishing this week! :'D Haha I even made my arms go out and back in with my leg. The little victories make me feel so good and strong!!

Hello Cassey, you are such an inspiration. I had my VBAC 11 months ago, and I am unable to squat completely since then( we squat and go for toilet in this part of the world. It's more natural and healthy that way) I met a doctor and she asked me to lose weight in butt and legs and this challenge is working wonders. M currently in my 14th day exactly and in just 5 days of into this program, I was able to squat completely!! I was crying in joy. Loads of hugs and love to you. Cassey always puts a smile on my face she's so sweet and funny and warm... She is a genuinely good person and if it wasn't for her I would probably be sitting on my couch doing absolutely nothing, gaining weight and being overly depressed about my looks.So I want to say a big, fat, giant thank you Cassey!

This will tone up your thighs if you do this everyday, or you could follow her 30 day thigh challenge if you want. The workout that helped me the most is her inner thigh insanity vid. Thats really hard but worth it.

Same! I've gotten so much stronger! Still doused in sweat with blooming red cheeks and shuddering breaths but I'm no longer stopping mid workout for a breather. Just going all warrior on it

Even though the videos are getting more difficult, I'm slowly but surely noticing tiny differences in my every day routine. Less lower back tension, not as difficult for me to reach down and grab something off the floor from my couch/bed, and I can even lift my legs higher to shave my legs in the shower! I'm honestly really amazed at how much progress I've made! Thank you Cassey!

Hi Cassey! I love your videos. My friend and I do them together. The one thing we miss is the minute timer. It's so hard to stay motivated when we don't know how long to hold it for. Would love that added to some of these videos please. :)

I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU so very much for creating the playlists of the exercises! It makes my life much easier! I purposefully stay a day behind so that I can look at the next day's playlist and figure out how long it will take me. That way I can plan when I do my work out the next day. LOVE IT! This is my first time following the calendar, and I was SO SORE on Saturday/Sunday/Monday! Finally started feeling more "normal" yesterday, but still feeling a little sore. Feels good to know I'm working it! Thank you for all you do!

Laura Virzì unless you are a body builder and take steroids and have high protein and intense workouts you won't you will firm up instead which at the end is what you want and way healthier in the long run. Apparwnce fades

As someone who isn't stick thin but isn't fat it can be quite difficult to feel comfortable with how I look. Cassey's videos make me realise it's not about what you look like it's what you feel like. Her videos are so inspirational and she looks damn good and you can just TELL she's oozing positivity and health. You're such an inspiration and role model in a day and age where it's very easy to find negative role models 🌻

Olivia19871 it slimmed down inner wise a bit it is slightly slimmer but not thigh gap worthy if you do it more I guess you could get a mini one but its slimmer and the back thighs are slimmer but my front thighs are naturally just a a bit kinda muscle-y so that hasn't changed but it's really effective! So yeah I recommend it. Btw you will be fine :) Remember drink lots of water and snap on fruits when you workout.

Kellia Daniel I did it everyday in the morning and afternoon for 2 weeks straight. It also depends on what you eat and your metabolism too because it toke longer for me so it may or may not take longer for you. I am vegetarian and I have a slow metabolism so that's when I saw results. But it may be different for you. :)

Instead of talking continuously, pay attention and concentrate on how many times you are doing with each leg. If someone doesn't count the number of times they are doing on each leg and just follows what you are doing in the video, they may end up doing 20 times with one leg and 50 times with the other leg causing one leg to develop more than the other.

I used to be addicted to exercising in 7-8th grade. Like obsessed. I just loved exercising so much. Especially after I got introduced to the athletics class (basically the "advanced" P.E. program)... Then, high school happened and I just wasn't forced to work out every day from coaches (apart from basketball freshman year) and I just got soooo out of shape. I started getting stretch marks from my legs getting thicker -- no not because I'm growing, I haven't grown since like junior high. Anyways, now, I've started to remember why I loved exercise so much and getting back into my routine. So thank you so much, Cassey, for this video.

I have always relied only on my cardio. However, I decided to pick a 10 minute video to complete each day one week. Each following week I added another 10 minute video to my routine. I am up to 40 minutes of pop pilates per day in addition to my cardio four times per week. I have two kids under 3 and the pilates component is so attainable even with them around. Feeling awesome. Thanks!

Hey Cas :) So im looking for more videos on thighs, not specifically inner but the outer part in the front. Im healthy weight, work out daily, etc, but the top of my thighs curve outward and more forward then straight down (like i wish they were). I dont know if its muscle, or fat, regardless id like videos on how many to flatten that bit out if possible? Thanks

Your amazing girly! Your workouts are the only ones that work for me. I'm a gymnast and I'm only 1 and I do these workouts because it helps me get stronger to get more skills and also it makes you slimmer so you look even better on competition leotards haha x but keep going cassey! I literally did this and it worked for me, but I guess at first i was accidentally focusing more on one leg so I ended up with uneven fat burn!! lol it sounds surreal, gotto do more reps on one side now. love u Cassey! xxx

+Joanne Amarisa I haven't even finished the challenge and I've already noticed a huge difference, my legs are much more toned and cellulite has gone down sooooo much. I just have to balance it out, and I'm good to go. I'll definetly include these exercises in my daily life once I finish the challenge, so i don't lose my results... good luck!!
