It's been years since I've made a new saddlebags or outer thigh POP Pilates workout for you guys! So, thought it was time to put together a new leg workout for you guys targeting a trouble zone for many women - your thighs! These exercises require no equipment, and you can easily do them at home. Super fun guys. Let's do it!
The exercises are:

I have been doing this workout for the past 6 weeks (4 to 5 times a week) and the cellulite on my legs is 90% gone! My legs and butt have never been so toned. Thanks Cassey!

@@lisavanderizan6330 you have to eat only 30% carbs a day to lose, and about 1500 kcal until you reach the right wight, so no fizzy drinks, no sugar of any kind (maybe some honey but only in the morning), no junk food, but boiled and grilled vegetables, chicken breast grilled, egg boiled, salads with lentils ,quinoa, beans lots of broccoli, and i promise you will lose very quickly, just stay focused, and keep training as much as you can every day 30 min. No pressure, but don,t stop and stick with the diet! Keep yourself away from pizza , pasta and bread, this is your enemy!!good luck

I usually do this in bed before I go to sleep so that it’s not taking up my time and I can burn calories as I sleep. I’ve seen so much improvement to my extremely large thighs. Thank you!!

This really helped slim down my legs. Every time I do this workout I see results. I remember the first time I did this I could barely finish without stopping, but now I do the whole thing like it's nothing! (it's still hard though) This workout didn't just slim out my legs, but made me stronger.

I first came across this workout 3 years ago. It was one of the most effective workouts for me back then and saw results after 1-2 weeks of doing this. It is still a great exercise and come back to this once in a while.

You ladies should try to incorporate some push-ups in your routine! Even if you have to do them on your knees at first. When I was working up strength to do a proper push-up the arm pit skin "flap" was gone after a short while cause I toned out that area :D Hope it works for you too!

I am doing these excercises with morning and evening walk for 4 days believe me this is very effective to remove saddelbags. I have seen effect on my legs . This is just awsome . Thank u mam🥰🥰

Wow I remember trying to do this video a couple of months ago and utterly failing. Now, I've been following the July calendar every day (only 13 days but major achievement for me lol), and I was able to do the entire video pretty okay! I want to just thank you, Cassey, for helping me through my workout not just to make me slim and pretty but to make me strong and confident inside! Omg I remember doing this in like 2017 and it was so hard, I remember the traveling leg lifts feeling soo hard, and the pulses at the end… I have this feeling with a lot of ur videos! I come back after years and suddenly it hits me that I used to find this difficult!! And now I do the whole video with no breaks, no stopping, no modifying… it still gives a wonderful burn but I LOVE realizing that the exact moves and sequences that I used to find the hardest/ necessary to take breaks during, I now don’t even give a second thought as I pretty easily complete them ! I just realized that during this video and I almost thought I was misremembering at first, like “there’s no way I actually struggled to do this move, it’s so easy and quick!” But I rly did ! I used to let myself take pauses even when I really didn’t need one, and let myself end an exercise with maybe 3-5 seconds left… and I made a shift where I now push myself, and that made me quickly realize that I’m capable of so much more than I first thought! When I first started pushing through without taking unnecessary breaks, only pausing if I literally needed to, but mostly just pushing through, I would find that most of the e time, after like 10 seconds of really bad pain, if I kept pushing through, it would kinda subside! It’s like my brain accepted that I wasn’t going to stop, and so it stopped trying to convince me that I was at my limit… Mainly I noticed that our limits are usually at least double what we think they are! There’s a study I saw years ago that showed that at the point when runners they think they’re done, that they can’t go on, they actually physiologically can continue on for the same amount they already completed… so for example, if they fatigued at one mile, and felt like they couldn’t do anymore mentally, they actually could do another mile! And learning this, I tested it myself and when I started feeling my mind telling me it’s too much, I need to stop, I just kept going, through the discomfort, and like 95% of the time, the discomfort will literally subside and it’ll actually begin to feel less painful! When I say pain, it should be obvious that I don’t mean like dangerous pain, but just the normal pain during exercise- I just can’t think of a better term for it, lol

Cassey, I did one of your workouts again after so long. I’ve been with you from the latter half of my high school ‘til the early days of my college. I didn’t expect that coming back again, even for just one video, would bring up a lot of emotions from me. I loved this workout! Leg exercises tend to be what I find easier, as I have a lot more lower body strength than upper body but I really felt this targeting parts of my leg in ways I hadn't before!! Thank you!!

Just did this for the first time, and it hurt soo bad, I couldn't even lift my legs completely off the ground. But I followed the whole time, and I feel so proud of myself now! Hey Cassey ! I love how energetic you are! You motivate me every time I’ve seen and done this workout. I’ve promised myself to follow a plan and work harder than I ever have to loose my saddle bags. Having a pear shaped body makes me feel impossible to lose em now but when there’s a will there’s a way! I was hoping if you can show me move exercises to kill saddlebags and and fat. I’ve been doing this for a month and wow is it good! I’ve been working out for the past 2 years and have been trying to find a good saddlebag workout but haven’t been able to find one this great! My saddle bags are almost gone and I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks on and off. Highly recommend this workout and make sure to do cardio to help results come faster!

Anyone else doing this during the stupidass QUARANTINE? No , just me ! @@xelliex2151 sorry about that I downloaded it so I was doing it offline I did it for a week then stopped I was doing it in addition to Chloe's n April's workouts I took a rest for 3 days then I only depended on Chloe's workouts ( a month n a half ago )
