On a body decomposition journey @ 50 and this is IT! Loved the 3 repeat for each exercise. I’ve been incorporating your 20 minute yoga, and that fantastic 20 minute standing cardio ab workout from last week into my routine. I’ve come to realize at this age that 30 minute workouts are just as effective if you really push yourself, . i’ve always done an hour or more and it’s not necessary . And I’ve avoided injury! Thank you so much for your fantastic content !
This was a little tough for me, but so needed. I'm still trying to build my strength and stamina back up, but I'm slowly getting there. Thanks to you and your crew for another fantastic workout ❤❤❤!!!!!
WOW! I’m speechless 😶 which is so not normal for me lol! Everyone else is right, 30 min was definitely enough. I told myself I’d see how I feel and do quick barre if I want more.. don’t want OR need more. Thank you SO MUCH! ❤

I found your channel a couple of months ago after years of doing mainly cardio. Thanks to you I am loving strength workouts. I've started noticing some changes to my shape. Thank you so much for these workouts. I love the 3 round ones, really feeling I've pushed myself.
I’ve done a lot of Michelle’s workouts and this was probably the hardest. I was panting and nauseous when it ended. I love it when I end a workout feeling like I couldn’t have pushed any harder and this one will give you that if you push as much weight as you can.

That was a doozy! I almost had to pause for a longer break towards the middle, but I didn't. It's a warm humid morning in my neck of the woods. Breathing hard throughout. Great workout! Yep, got my black shorts on.😄
I did this one for the first time last night. I love the straight-up strength training aspect of it, not too much compound which sometimes tweaks my back. I gotta tell ya, my booty is already sore. By tomorrow I'll need hand railings in the bathroom.
Came back to this one. Suck a great challenging workout! This Bulgarian lunges kick my butt every time, but I’m holding heavier weights so yay! Thanks so much! 😅

That was one of my favorites! I love the power start (squats and shoulder press) and a similar power ending! Way to spike metabolism for the next 5 hours !! Amazing workout! Thank you! Also, love 35 minutes of jam packed !!!
