Another walking workout is here and this time it's a quick but effective 20 minute weight loss, you can do at home.This is a low impact, knee friendly and all standing walking workout that is gentle on the joints, yet ensures you burn fat, thanks to the short intervals.
Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!
