What a good sweat !! I skipped the breaks and added 1kg wrist weights and 3kg ankle weights, so it was a good cardio workout and, I guess, a nice weight workout as well, Just what I love, thank you Olivia !

Slow and steady burn with hiit finisher at the end to really get the heart rate up. 3617 steps, 166 active calories burned. 🧡🧡🧡
