In this 30 Min BODYWEIGHT + DUMBBELL HIIT Workout | Basic BW Cardio + Explosive Dumbbell , as the title says we will have Basic Bodyweight Cardio movements combined with combination and explosive dumbbell movements. We will have two blocks with 3x basic cardio movements for 3x rounds in total and in between we will have 9x dumbbell movements for only one round (In total 6x Basic Cardio for 3x rounds and 18x dumbbell movements for 1x round). Each movement will be performed for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
