In this 30 Min DOUBLE SAVAGE Bodyweight FULL BODY HIIT we will have 2x blocks of super challenging exercises. Each block contains 5x Supersets for 2x rounds. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and will have only 5 seconds rest between each superset exercises and a 15 seconds rest between each superset.
Between each block there will be a 60 second water-break!
Warning: This routine can be super intense please be careful especially when you are a beginner and/or you are someone with heart conditions! Choosing this workout might not be the smartest choice.

What was that??? 🥵 i usually look at my watch constantly to know the elapsed time, but for this one, I was too buddy catching my breath during each short break! So it was already over before I knew it! Great workout, Daniel. Loved it!

Wow! What a BRUTALITY!!! This melts like hell, but feels like heaven. I thought 'Reborn' was the pinnacle of sweat, but now, after this workout, it will be hard to choose between these two. This workout definitely goes to my favorite challenges selection. Thank you, Daniel, for the amazingly, brutally, platinum tier set!! And now I hope that other people in a gym didn't hear me growling and moaning during this workout, haha
