30 minute SUPERset HIIT workout | Intense Bodyweight HIIT (🔥DIE HARD LEVEL🔥)

In this 30 minute SUPERset HIIT workout | Intense Bodyweight HIIT we will have 2x blocks of super challenging exercises. Each block contains 5x Supersets for 2x rounds. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and will have only 5 seconds rest between each superset exercises and a 20 seconds rest between each superset.
Between each block there will be a 60 second water-break!
Warning: This routine can be super intense please be careful especially when you are a beginner and/or you are someone with heart conditions! Choosing this workout might not be the smartest choice.

Very very hard. No rest between sets. Hard on the knees. Daniel's workouts are very challenging but just be aware of the knees issue.

This was tough I had to pretend there were demons coming for me, and the only way I can keep them away is by giving my all to the workouts.. I kept talking to myself throughout the workout..
